  1. Seeing as there's a blanket ban on CO2 at most sites across the UK (no matter what the gun's FPS with CO2 is), and how CO2 winds up being more expensive than green gas- GG is definitely the best for use.
  2. More decent content for TF2. Valve have dropped the ball recently on it and the community isn't too impressed about it. Judging by how well the community has carried on since 2008/9 and how much it's grown, I think TF2's community has a lot of clout when it comes to dealing with Valve. Also some changes to World of Tanks. There's supposed to be some big mechanics changes and an engine update next year.
  3. Not compared to the cheaper G&G Combat Machine range of products. All the rifles here under £200 are Combat Machine and would be a better bet. If you don't like M4s, G&G make CM AKs and MP5s among others
  4. Neither of those, waaaaaay too expensive for purpose compared to other non-milspec torches. In the case of torches, the best bet is usually either the more expensive SureFire torches (> £100) or China UltraFire clones (< £10). I think Nextorch has good rep too. The SureFire and UltraFire torches have bright, dim and strobe modes (can depend per model) and there are a lot of them which can be focused by a sliding lens housing on the torch.
  5. Only for looks I don't use that front flip up sight on my rifles, may as well stick it on the GL
  6. Got a lovely metal S-Thunder grenade launcher with gas, an SHS Moscart and a Condor OD double '40 pouch. Very satisfying ''thunk!' when it fires
  7. The DE and the TM trishots are the same thing, just the TM ones are more expensive. The recent DE ones are much better, bear in mind that the reviews are from over 4 years ago in some cases.
  8. No, still waiting on the launcher for Xmas- I might try some TAG in it, depends on my local site's stance on launched pyros.
  9. I've chosen the metal one anyway PT, I wanted the extra versatility of the rail and the ability to put an ELCAN on it
  10. Should be ok for games in the dark. But seriously, it's very difficult to decode your posts and takes rereading several times because of the lack of punctuation
  11. I might be able to make a pair of these for someone if they wanted- I have a few .45 and .455 blank cases I was given by a WWII re-enactor this summer. It could probably be done pretty easily if I used some shop-bought earphones taken out of their casings.
  12. Then just ask your parents for a trishot instead. You can actually skirmish that way
  13. It's pretty old, so no servers running anymore. It'd be more worth your while to use the money for a cheap springer or to save up for a trishot shotgun.
  14. Bulle UK make cheap 417 size pouches as well
  15. I thought he'd hilariously messed up an ATACS AU dip....my bad
  16. The rail guards look great! I like the effect the stock's got though- almost looks like snakeskin
  17. You can get genuine Osprey Mk.4 pouches for cheaper than Viper stuff in some cases. Despite being a ripoff for most stuff, Cadet Direct does G1 Osprey pouches for under £10 each, and they're only G1 because they've been taken out of the plastic wrapper.
  18. Needs a little bit of work- the SUSAT is out of place on a current Brit Army loadout, ACOGs and Elcan Spectres are the most current optical sight to use. The helmet should be a Mk.7 for full accuracy however as these are difficult to get hold of and as the Mk.6 is still in wide use it doesn't really matter. It'd look much better if you had a pair of tan/OD/MTP kneepads too, they make combat trousers look much less baggy and much more slick. Otherwise, very nice loadout! If you need any pointers talk to Airsoft Ed, he's our resident Brit Kit enthusiast and has a very accurate setup.
  19. Yes, you cannot import them without a recognised defence. Some overseas retailers will 2 tone guns but many won't
  20. It will have to be 2 toned if you/the person buying it for you doesn't have a UKARA or similar defence. If you import one from abroad customs will destroy it if there is no UKARA number on the side of the box
  21. A proper stock counter on the website linked to the warehouse/stockroom database- no BS about what's in stock and no more issues with website info not corroborating with stock level. When it comes to customer service, one little thing I like to see is a picture of the complete order sent to me when it's been picked out of the warehouse. Flecktarn.co.uk are the only retailer I've used who do this, and it's quite reassuring to know what's happening in terms of hours rather than days. An info section recommending what to and what not to buy as a new player would help people starting airsoft- it wouldn't harm business but there wouldn't be issues with breakages and returns when newer players buy GBBRs or sniper rifles which aren't suitable for beginners. It would make it much easier for them than having to fish around on the internet. Package deals for rigs would be good too. I'd like to see bulk deals on magazine purchasing where possible too, buying a new set of mags can be very expensive after purchasing a new gun. But I would definitely like to see a proper all-in-one customisation service- laser engraving, hydro dipping, custom sewing, custom guns put together- this would make you stand out as a retailer. It would set you apart more than a normal retailer offering spring changes and parts installation.
  22. I've had my G&G M4 for over a year and there's been no trouble. The only time I've had broken/faulty weapons was when I fiddled with the internals.
  23. Just bought my family all their xmas presents....wallet hurts now

Oh sorry. Mr Chips. They changed it.

  24. I use a PLCE Marauder 30L daysack and I have a Condor Chest Set in Multicam with a smattering of Osprey pouches on it. It gets some funny looks and a lot of interest from other cadets, but it gets the job done better than PLCE IMO. You won't see many people with their own webbing, most I know only buy some after they've been in for a long while and commit to spending money on the proper stuff.
