    The recoil is different to the RM4's as it's felt on the top rail, not into the buffer tube. On an 11.1v Li-Po they are insane and bring a real grin.

     

    I would recommend replacing the hop rubber, the KWA ones are for US fields - not UK ones.

     

    Also, ensure that it has a UK compliant spring in - most directly imported guns from the US - via the wholesalers will be over UK power limits.

    Further to the above, it's one of my fave AK's.

     

    Well built ( possibly a tad over-engineered) accurate and a pleasure to use.

     

    The recoil on the KWA  mimics that of a real AK due to the recoil mech being under the top cover rather than in the stock tube.

     

    So, instead of recoiling into the shoulder, it recoils upwards.

    Bought just in case I ever wanted to run my ACR for sniping - never bothered using it , as such it's still in its packaging.

    Entire assembly is there - outer and inner barrel, HOP unit, there's no flash-hider - just the thread for attaching one or for a suppressor.

    My RICAS Compact - bought from a team - mate (who has left his name inside :-) rubbing alcohol should remove it)

    Has JTAC medium foam plates in it to give it rigidity and a small sling had been fitted onto the RHS D-Ring.

    Cummerbund & buckles are all present - sides have some soft foam in them to help as padding.

    Currently has 3 x BHI AK triple pouches on the front - the pouches also happily take M4/M16 mags with no issues.

    Also fitted 1 x BHI General utility pouch and 1 x BHI Medic pouch on the side MOLLE fittings - on of the pouches has a WAS Pistol mag double pouch attached - it's taken SVI and 1911 mags easily

    It's been a damned good vest , but no longer have use for it.
