I just removed the top rivet & spun the stub 180 degrees, they fit fine now. & the deeper butt plate.

Thought I'd wear my Alice webbing when using the XM177, bought a pouch which holds 4X20 rnd mags, a leather holster for a 1911 (to stay period) & a double mag pouch to match it. Unfortunately the only period 1911 I currently have is a replica so will use a Raven MEU 1911 instead, bloody pouch is too small for the mags so after a little fettling to the pouch catch they now fit. I'll rivet or bolt the catch in it's new position when I have time to rake about my shed to find the bits I need.

Probably why I've seen it advertised more than once.

How much gas is enough gas & is there a technique to filling a mag more than filling with the nozzle upper most? Asking because I filled a mag for a count of 5 which gave me around 5 shots, then filled it to a count of 10 which didn't fair much better, finally tried 3 seperate counts to 5 which gave me over 100 shots... Mag was vented/emptied after each try. Obviously my last attempt yielded the result I wanted but can I over fill a mag to the point of damaging it?

I added up my 2023 spend and it's kinda embarassing but I only regret a few two tones I bought before I got my UKARA, I certainly prefer to see my spend as percentages rather than £££'s

If you already have plantar do you use any insoles that work in day to day footwear? I use these which helped immensly... PRO 11 WELLBEING Clear Orthotic Gel Heel Cups for Treatment of Plantar Fasciitis. from Amazon Changed jobs just over a year ago so no longer need to wear safety shoes (thank god for crocs), but still use them in my going out shoes & boots. Got measured up for special insoles a few years ago but they did bugger all to help (waste of £60)

I've always been a pc gamer but got an Xbox last year as MW & Warthunder kept crashing due to my apparently shitty pc graphics card. Can't get used to using a controller so only play games I can use a keyboard & mouse (very few so my xbox is a glorified netflix player).

I'll go with... don't bring any tools. I've not been to many gamedays but in pretty much EVERY one I have attended someone has 'fiddled' with their AK, M4 etc and something has fallen or a spring went springing never to be seen again. If you need a plan B, take another pew & do your tech work in the safety of a nice clean environment at home.

In the field side by side mucker, my regiment were air defence at the time using the javelin missile, 1 chef for 2-3 crews. In for 4 years, furthest I got from home was Woolwich to do by basic training, Germany reunified the year I joined up so no excercise with BAOR that year (Join the army,see the world...my arse)

Kinda...yeah. I'd have been as well using a 2 tone, I was a chef attached to the RA, passed my marksmanship, cooking breakfast for the senior NCO's one year. Wood effect paint is crap too.
