Thinking outside the box (I think), why not buy a cheap pistol or two tone to use? No laws broken, run about a site all day & have fun, you will undoubtably meet someone like myself with a spare cheap rif that's rarely used & could let you use during the day in future visits. You only need to attend 3 days within the time limit to get your UKARA then the sky's the limit.

Then fiddle with the mag and see if rocking it back or forward helps or makes it worse, mags might just be loose in the mag well.

Do you get the same results while holding the mag?

that's just the slide release, to remove the slide press in the round tab below it the turn the slide release 90deg on the other side. with the mag out you should be able to remove the slide. my best gues is the slide release isn't in the correct possition, it should look like pic 1

Yup, ordered the gearbox & a tan grip for my HB, was a bit confused by the candle. after a few emails/messages to sixmm & a trawl of their website (no candles for sale) I concluded that customs mucked it up when checking the contents. I assumed someone's Grannie got a pistol grip for Xmas, hope they wanted a tan one.

Yeah, I got a gearbox for my HoneyBadger from them, only issue was customs opened the package & managed to replace the tan pistol grip with a feckin scented candle.

I better buy some more bits to help this project along.

They all tend to do the same job, some cost more than others but it's airsoft not real combat. If you want the 'look' then you'll be able to pick up an acog fairly cheaply & you could spend the savings on rail covers, fore grip, sling, wasdn light or peq box. or mags of course. really depends on what you want & like the look of. type M4A1 into the search box for ideas.

I've not noticed any difficulties with mags for my pews, tend to just grab whatever is handy. the only exception to this is my L85A3 which deffo prefers Pmags.
