  1. Got an extension ordered, my only concern is the lack of bayonet catch but won't loose any sleep over it.
  2. I've got a couple of G36C's & swopped the handguards around recently, one took a litte fettling to get the pin through one but very little. I've had this UGL on a G36C & a MG36(K) with no issues and it felt solid on both(but heavy). It'll never be used in game because it's a wallhanger but I know the weight would piss me off before I'd even left the safe zone. But... On a possitive note, swopping handguards about for these pics made me realise I only needed a barrel extension (fnar) to turn one of my G36C's into a K(ish).
  3. Feels solid, only on a G36C at the moment. They have a bit of heft to them, feels much heavier than the 320 I have for my L85A3 but it's a more modern design, more to do with the attached handguards probably. I have a G36K set up as an MG36 with a bipod, I'll pop the ugl on it to see how it looks but prefer it as an MG36.
  4. Just remember the internal sizes will be different
  5. large seems to be just under 100cm, I went for the xl so I can comfortably fit 2 pews in it.
  6. While I was looking they all seemed to me a fairly standad 5" internal depth unless you want to shell out a good bit of cash, only thing that seemed to vary was the length or style.
  7. Not been delivered yet so... dunno. I think the pluck n pick foam is developed to mould the foam around the pew to hold it securely, sounds like your case is just using compression to hold the items securely and that's why it's tight. The foam is probably available to buy on it's own, google is your friend. There is another type called shadow foam that you cut the pew's outline into the foam.
  8. 2 UGL's courtesy of JinxDuh very happy with my new toys & the best bit is... I need to get another L85A2 & a G36K to do them justice. A fake PEQ2 arrived for my Mk18 Mod0 too, just waiting on the RDS now.
  9. How have you attached the velcro to the lid? are they just strapped to the foam upper?
  10. I'd just advise to be cautious, I've recently been sold an M910a via whatsapp & got exactly what I'd paid for (paypal safe), also been asked by a couple of forum members to use friends & family to pay, I checked their feedback & decided the transaction was small enough to risk it given the feedback they already had. My preference is usually PP good & services, sometimes it's worth considering the options.
  11. Generally 60-70% of the new price. Maybe less as they're two toned.
  12. another speedsofter pew then? that explains the price. 😉
  13. On a side note... paypal seems to have had un update recently, I went to pay someone the other day & had to make come changes to how the payment is sent. The seller may well be genuine but that doesn't explain the adverts disappearance.
  14. You're assuming they still exist... I'll post a pic of them tomorrow after they've, been digested.
  15. A couple of pieces for my Mk18 mod0 came today... I also bought some Haribo starmix.
  16. must admit I had my L85A3 case out last night to 'practice' lol. Spent a good bit of time looking for a deeper case but they seem to be a fairly standard 5" internal depth.

  18. the XL for £99 odd, only problem was picking the colour. Wish I'd bought the two from HuttArmouries when I saw them in the classifieds. https://bbguns4less.co.uk/products/nuprol-extra-large-hard-case-with-wheels-in-black-pick-pluck-foam.html
  19. Feck it... just ordered one from BBguns4less.
  20. Says the guy who wants a Scotch Pie posted 469 miles
  21. Isn't that science fiction stuff? Was thinking more about tanks n stuff
  22. I highly recommend grid mesh for your gun wall
  23. Evening folks, I'm looking for recommendations for military model ranges, I lack the patience for airfix etc & carpal tunnel rules out fidly model construction so what options are there? I don't mind the likes of Kobi/Lego but really looking for quality built diecast type.
