compact as in it takes less space than a aks74u, robust as in something that will perform for years without having to open it up. should be some way to mount a red dot as well, even if its a diy solution.. any suggestions?

Mixed feelings time!! My take on the TF2 flamethrower. not quite ready yet, gotta swap the can (was thinking Heinz, but found a tin with a rainbow on it, think that more accurate to the pyro), replace the fuelpipe, make a mag from a bigger tin, maybe replace the igniter aswell. and make a steel lower handguard.

probably the TM it cloned^^ ..if it was me I'd try to mod it. just remember, you'll need the auto if the gearbox would lock.

built in have a few downs for me. hard to find trousers that fit, costs a lot, I hate the look and they can only be used with those trousers. not for me in other words! funny skatepads should be mentioned, as I was thinking that they should double up as that!! only thing is that I want something tried n trusted that will deff protect me. main problem with my current ones is that they dont stay in place. just had the idea to add velcro to them and the trousers! however its also that I'm not sure how much protection they offer. thanks for all replies folks!

meh. it's like dropbars on a bike, you wont go wind tunnel all the time, but it gives you options. personally I usually find myself switching depending on what's more comfy at that instant. plus its ridiculous how many times the vg have prevented me from getting hit (when gun hits doesn't count) imho
