ok so looking at it i may just be better cutting my losses and ordering a new bbu to save trying to drill out that screw and rethread etc .so im assuming it would be the bbu and rocket valve thatid be replacing? minus nozzle and piston head/piston head rubber they seem ok@Adolf Hamster @Alimcd

having delved more into it im suspecting the previous owner has worked on this found a broken mag release under the packaging,but also when looking at the piston assembly there seems to be a snapped screw going through the piston is it me or does that look to be missing an oring seal?

right checked nozzle that seems to "stick" the way u describe,what rubber would u recomend? right cool to know its cloned tm and parts shouldnt be hard to find check mag same issue regardless of holding all 3 mag in so definatly aint the interface of those how do i go about checking for light strike? will give evrything a once over

will give it a tear down in a bit and clean and lube everything,the sliding movement of the nozzle does feel a bit gritty and not as smooth return as id think there should be on that part but never having a gbbp before im out of my element checking up vids on youtube lol and wanting to hear peeps opinions on here

ok so had my 2nd hand army armanent combat master delivered and seems to be suffering low fps like 100fps on .2s tried 3 diffrent mags and 2 diff tins of gas to rule out those mag or gas issues.Im leaning towards it being a nozzle issue as do get a bit of gas on the hand more than i would expect to be having anyway what do u guys think and what would u recomend to try before replacing parts?

taking onboard whats been said ill be throwing the holster to my stepp son,noway the cyma pistol will loose a mag as the mags an extremely tight fit due to cyma one not fitting or feeding replaced witha similar looking boneyard find that i have sanded mm's off to get it to fit and feed takes a knock to get it out and was only a couple quid,ill deffo not be using it on the combat master though thanks for the heads up yeah already ordered 2 mags for it at £21 a pop lol dnt think i wanna have to order more llf -

well still waiting on my parts from ak2m4 due to royal fail *not ak2m4 fault they done a top job getting it shipped right away for me as per usual top qaulity service* and this bloody snow gah,have managed to source my self a under half price action army tt john wick two tone and a couple mags and some gas ordered wonder how these will fair on postage times hahaha

well that was a intresting email from my former employer due to working through covid scottish care workers are getiing a £500 payment from the scottish gov course its taxed and national insurance taken off to but hey i can see a gbb pistol and some tac gear in my future

i see what you mean @sitting duck about the weird size in nozzle its 21.6mm with an id of 5.33mm https://www.ak2m4.co.uk/internal-parts/nozzles/ra-m14-aluminium-nozzle closest length i can find but dont know the id of it

haha i know what your saying lol nah ive looked into that box and seems not to bad was more the being able to access the gears trigger etc without having to take apart the full casing lol that drew me to it as for cost aye its expensive lol and like i said wa one i spotted nothings definite for the future build other than asthetics in that it will be m4 based lol

bugger it will stick with the low compression loool im not willing to spend anymore just now haha will wait on the motor gear and bearing coming in hopefully tomoz and get her back together and leave her be lol aslong as she runs hits 320fps then shes geting left lol wanna start buying in my face and head pro then tac so can start saving for my future build or a higher end rif lol

haha so am i if im honest bud id rather have this as reliable as i can get it so i can throw the money into getting a really nmice metal m4 upper and lower nice long ass either keymod or skeletal style handguard,internalwise all i know is ill be getting another perun for it,will see how the 13-1 gear set and the high tourqe motor are like before deciding what ill be doing that side of things have spotted this gear box

i iknow probs stupid throwing all that on the budget cyma but idrather that than buy new and then have that expense on top as pasrts have failed seeing how many rifs comen quite frankly dopdgy out the factory the two i have that are in a 10 mile radius are both outside thank god so be able to use it even if i had to travel further i wouold just to use it loooool,hahaha hell yeah hahaha edit: as dodgy as my typing it seems hahaha
