  1. A man is working in the fruit and veg department of his local supermarket when an old lady taps him on the shoulder and says "excuse me I can't find the broccoli, where is it?" He replies "sorry madam we've sold out but there should be another delivery tomorrow" and she walks away. A few minutes later the same old lady taps him on the shoulder and asks again "where's the broccoli?". Again he tells her they've sold out but the should be a delivery tomorrow. Another few minutes go by and once again she taps him on the shoulder and asks "where's the broccoli?" Getting annoyed he replies "can you spell cat, as in catastrophe?" "C A T" she answers so then he asks her. "Can you spell dog, as in dogmatic?" "D O G" she replies. "Now can you spell fuck, as in broccoli?" He asks. Confused she says "But there's no fuck in broccoli" to which he replies "That's what I've been telling you for the past 10 minutes"
  2. I'm guessing they don't want to pay for advertising and/or the "shop" is their spare room/garage and admiting they're running a business from home would mean paying higher council tax.
  3. It's not. They have been spamming the TB Facebook page though
  4. I see the ads from the upcoming shop have been removed and the poster has relisted them leaving out the bits about having a job lot and opening a shop soon. Looks dodgy as fuck and definitely puts me off buying anything from them
  5. I thought the actual webbing of the sling was supposed to loop through the sling point on the stock. But the keyring idea sounds good. If you fancy something a bit more gucci here's a video with a few suggestions
  6. Thanks for the detailed review. I'm planning on paying them a visit in a couple of weeks so it's good to hear positive things. I know what you mean, I had to get the location from a mate who helped out on one of their build days earlier in the year. Even in a pm on faceache all I got was "between King's Langley and Hemel". Not exactly helpful and tbh I was starting to wonder if they actually wanted people to visit. As I understand it this was due to the vandalism which makes no sense to me as the vandals obviously already know where it is
  7. Unfortunately I can't help with the butt plate but I'd love to know where you got the mug
  8. There's a classifieds section of the forum for a reason. Also aren't you selling a load of M4 mags? (Again advertised in the wrong place)
  9. Not irrational at all to me. If they can't be arsed get basic stuff right then it makes me wonder what else they can't be arsed to do
  10. What voltage battery are you using? Going too high with the voltage can cause over spin of the motor
  11. But then we won't all be able to get cheap laughs at other people's mistakes
  12. Welcome. Don't worry about any mistakes with your English, it certainly better than my French. Hell, it's better than many English people's English
  13. I picked up this one earlier in the year. While I've only used it a few times I've no complaints https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/8fields-tactical-molle-plate-carrier-w-mock-insert?pv=5150
  14. I probably wouldn't give up completely but I'd be looking around for a new site. A ban due to thefts would only punish innocent players while allowing the culprit off scott free which would only encourage them to do it again Same here. Probably by not giving them my custom
  15. What's your budget? Without this information you could easily end up with a list of recommendations that aren't appropriate
  16. Banning BFGs to stop them getting nicked just seems like a lazy way of dealing the issue to me as the theiving shits will just move on to helping themselves to other things I had something similar happen to me a Bunker 51. Someone tossed an impact BFG through a doorway just as I was walking through, it hit me straight in the face and detonated. Fortunately it was the one time I was wearing my replica GSR which took the brunt of it so i just had a ringing in my ears rather than a broken nose
  17. A lot of indoor site specifically don't allow disposable pyros though. As I understand it this is due to ventilation problems with the smoke created
  18. Possibly You'd be surprised, I've seen theiving little shits do some really dumb shit and try to talk their way out of it only to dig themselves into a deeper hole. That does sound like a good idea but if I saw someone nosing around at my gear without knowing what they're up to I'd be asking questions. Unfortunately there's no perfect answer to this senario but as long as the site is seen to be doing something that's the important thing. As you (I think it was you) posted in another thread, if nothing is done the only lesson learned is that there's no consequences
  19. I'd assume that any site instigating a lockdown would only do so after a search of the area it was deployed had been carried out rather than instatly assuming it's been nicked. The few times I've used a bfg and had to search for it a marshal has helped
  20. This. Everyone moans about how new rifs are so often "just another M4" but manufacturers know that's what will sell in high enough numbers to make it worth their while. I'd hazard a guess that of all the people who say they like whatever new non M4 rif is available, less than 10% actually buy one
  21. I was taught that the only reason remove a lid is if it's 100% necessary and the patent will die if you don't. Eg they're choking on their tongue
  22. Nor do I, my post was firmly tongue in cheek
  23. Didn't know about that but from what I remember one was MoD police
  24. Using heavyweight bbs that don't bleed off energy so fast and might sting a little?
