  1. Iirc camoraids on Canvey Island do tech work on the TM MWS. Might be worth trying them
  2. A 75-year-old man walked into a crowded waiting room and approached the desk. The Receptionist said, 'Yes sir, what are you seeing the Doctor for today?' 'There's something wrong with my dick', he replied. The receptionist became irritated and said, 'You shouldn't come into a crowded waiting room and say things like that.' 'Why not, you asked me what was wrong and I told you,' he said. The Receptionist replied; 'Now you have caused some needless embarrassment in this room full of people. You should have said there is something wrong with your ear or something and discussed the problem further with the Doctor in private.' The man replied, 'You should not ask people questions in a roomful of strangers if the answer could embarrass anyone.' The man then decided to walk out, waited several minutes and then re-entered. The Receptionist smiled smugly and asked, 'Yes??' 'There's something wrong with my ear,' he stated loudly. The Receptionist nodded approvingly and smiled, knowing he had taken her advice. 'What is wrong with your ear, Sir?' 'I can't piss out of it,' he replied.
  3. Might be able to get some discounts due to water damage too
  4. I ran my cyma M4 exclusively on 11.1v for several years with no problems, it was the plastic body which gave out first. It's where you end up if you build a gun with an unnecessarily high rof and use it on full auto, either to compensate for a lack of skill or to deliberately hurt people, ie be a wanker
  5. What an absolute cockwomble. The only coming at the speed of light he's capable of is over his mum's old lingerie catalogue
  6. Also don't listen to a word that captain manboobs says on their YouTube videos. The amount of factual information he gives would fit on the back of a postage stamp with enough room for your name and address
  7. @Galvatronasked on the advert and got this reply "it is in working order apart from when a mag is in, it just needs jolting back slightly to have no issues feeding. great for parts or starter project" So that would be a no then.
  8. Is it just me or is someone being a bit optimistic about how much their stuff is really worth?
  9. While I'd usually recommend avoiding any shop with bb guns in the name, they're legit. However the gun you linked to is coming up as out of stock so, unless you're not in a hurry, you might just have to bite the bullet and pay the slightly higher price.
  10. Is the M9 a tilting or fixed barrel? If it's a tilting barrel then the extra weight of a traser may negatively impact how well it cycles.
  11. The difference is that the tlfx and tag rounds are professionally made to QC standards, rather than the airsoft version of Wallace and Grommet knocking stuff together in their shed
  12. That's what someone who definitely doesn't own a Schwerer Gustav would say And I fully agree
  13. Apart from the obvious issues already raised I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd be pissed off at the thought of having to clean a load of powder out of their guns and gear at the end of a game day. Also I'm pretty sure the vast majority of outdoor sites are woodland so it would severely limit their usefulness
  14. Another day at Ambush Airsoft and on the whole us was a good one, despite a few negatives. Firstly the PDW chrono'd at a measly 120ish fps on a .28g bb (0.2j) so it went straight back into the bag and I stuck with the MP5K. The only other real negative was that there appeared to be a few players who were reluctant to call their hits and so this resulted in quite a few cases of overkill. An announcement by staff to knock it off was given and afterwards things were alot better. A large number of players also left at lunchtime when the heavens opened and after this the games felt like they flowed better and everyone seemed generally more chilled out. All in all it's not the best day I've had there but it certainly wasn't a bad one
  15. I can't see why not. I haven't used an extended glock mags for years, but when I did I used smg mag pouches.
  16. Higher fps does not equal longer range, if this was the case then nobody would buy TM guns
  17. For aegs it's down to the ratio of the cylinder volume to the inner barrel volume. If the volume of the barrel is greater than the cylinder the air will stop pushing on the bb before leaving the barrel. Conversely too short (lower volume) and the bb will have left the barrel before the air can fully expand. In a gas gun the gas carries on pushing the bb as it expands so (assuming every other variable is matched) a longer barrel will give more time for the gas to push the bb and so give it a higher muzzle energy
  18. Ii agree with Leo that using the gun first before looking at upgrades. This should give an idea about what, or if anything, needs upgrading and will give you a benchmark for performance comparisons when the new parts are fitted. Unfortunately the false belief that all guns must be gutted and upgraded before being used in a game is becoming more popular, whereas in reality it's often bollocks.
  19. Edit: nevermind, the gun decided to shit the bed and needs some TLC before being fielded again
  20. It definitely could, although you'll need a few extra mags and/or change how you play. However its worth noting that gbb mags tend to be relatively heavy so the weight soon ads up when you're carrying several.
  21. Edit: if you mean the spring powered shotgun unfortunately there aren't really very many accessories available for them.
  22. It's also a good idea to get into changing your battery at lunchtime on a skirmish day. Apart from helping to keep the batteries healthy it means you avoid the battery dieing right at the worst moment possible
  23. I only play once a month so my batteries sit doing nothing for a few weeks with no problems. Just make sure you don't run them completely flat as that's what tends to knacker them. It's worth noting though that some mosfets do draw power constantly so if your gun has one you need to unplug the battery from the gun
