I just wear my every day watch which at the moment is a timex explorer. It does the job and wasn't expensive so I won't be too annoyed if it does take a hit. It's usually covered by my sleeve but for extra piece of mind I move it to inside my wrist, which has the added bonus of making it easier to see while shouldering a rifle

Yes. There should be what look like 2 screws on the side which click when turned. One moves the point of aim up and down while the other moves it left and right. Fire and adjust accordingly till the point of aim and point of impact line up
