Well hello there! Had a good MTW tuning session in my mates garden. It was really handy to have two MTW's at hand to compare side by side. I was having inconsistency issues (FPS wise) despite it running perfectly at Anzio. This was cured by upping the dwell slightly. I'm now easily hitting a tree trunk at just over 60m with 0.32's (had a range finder at hand) to confirm this!! Adjusting the dwell on my mates sorted out his issues with the odd flyer and was sending 0.36 lasers at the same very tree trunk. Looks like I'll be sharing my knowledge with my mate Dayne as he's just purchased an MTW from @alxndrhll. So that'll be 3 of us at Anzio at the end of the month with MTW's.

I keep on pestering UPS on Facebook when things go quiet with my order. This seems to trigger daily import scans again but sod all else!

So, I've managed to have a plink and I'm very happy with it!! It's chrono'd at around 250 FPS with Nuprol green on a cold ish day. Does that seem about right? I'm sure it'll perform perfectly fine for my next CQB outing and intend to keep it stock but is it worth swapping out the hop rubber for a Maple leaf? *** I had the foresight to leave my mag and gas in a warmer room for a hour while I sorted the kids out. Highest FPS was 278 dropping to either side of 270.

I've had another look at the ghost ones and I'm not too keen on them now. AIP's look like the winners!!

My first Hi Capa!

This is my third RIF from TM and I'm impressed by the presentation every time! Can't wait to give it a test fire later when the kids have gone to bed and I can stop adulting for a little bit! Only had chance to fondle it for 5 minutes between cycling home from work, walking the dog and the school run. Feels really good. Only thing I might change straight away is the sights to either some fibres or the "ghost" style ones.

Yes, I spoke to them a while ago about the BB limit. I suppose it's not a huge problem. Just means I won't run my MTW there.....Well not indoors atleast. They do have a small-ish woodland area that I think they are planning on doing something with eventually. So looks like I'll be running my AAP with the stock and a hi capa there. I'll also be borrowing a shotgun to see how I get on with it as I sold mine with my ARP9!

Well I couldn't wait any longer. After selling my unused Raven 1911 bundle to a mate I decided it was time. Firesupport now have my monies. TM 4.3 Hi Capa in black and 2 spare TM mags. Considered getting some WE ones from Patrol base but then the additional postage made it near pointless. Can't wait to test it out at Hells Airsoft. Was also considering trying pistol only for a little bit the next time I goto Anzio, maybe borrow a shotgun off my mate as a back up!

I've bought quite a few bottles of .25 for hells as that's the heaviest they allow so I'll go with that and see how I get on!

Oh oh oh, last question... Ok probably not the last question but what sort of weight is everyone chucking about? Was thinking about some 0.28's? Although, because of lazyness I've been throwing 0.32's in everything recently. Apart from my sniper.....mainly because I've not been using it!

What's the crack magazine wise? From a MK23 point of view my TM mags leaks, my 3 ASG mags are perfect. I've got 3 AA mags for my AAP-01 and 2 extended WE mags that I've had no issue with. Are TM mags the goto for the Hi capa or are WE an acceptable alternative?

I'm in no rush to buy anyway, apart from when payday hits and my wallet starts to smoulder! Who's the man that makes the things?

£10 more and I can get a 5.1 in black. Seems to me that (I could be wrong) but the first thing that may fail will be the slide and if I'll struggle to find one for a 4.3 then it looks like the 5.1 might be the better choice.

My plan is to run it stock (famous last words) until something breaks and then replace things that way. I love the looks of the silver TM 5.1 but had concerns about the paint coming off. I've only seen one YouTube video of it happening but it's in my head now! Thanks for the replies so far guys!!

Hello all, I have an odd request! I'm in the market for a hi capa and have the age old question of do I get a 4.3 or the 5.1? Now I have a TM MK23 so I don't mind a larger pistol so wondered, for those who have a 4.3, 5.1 and a MK23 @Steveocee (*cough cough), would you mind taking a few snaps at your nearest convenience pretty please. Mainly interested in the comparison of length and overall thickness of the pistol. The 4.3 is at the top of the list at the moment! Hope to use it for CQB and some pistol action at Anzio. Thanks in advance xx

Well, an update from anzio. I loved using the MTW too much to use the AAP SMG. Did use my camo'd pistol version quite a bit inside the buildings. Got a few decents kills with it. Ran it with 0.32's, but didn't really play with the hop too much because bits a pain so range probably isn't optimised. Trigger felt a little sticky? Will have a test in the garden later and see what's happening.

@Monkman I took my MTW to Anzio camp yesterday and had exactly the same issue. I was easily over hopping 0.32's. I totally forgot I had a bag of 0.36's in my kit bag but ah well, never mind. I'm booking Anzio again for next month so will try the 0.36's then and report back! The swerving issue I had last time has now gone away. It may have just needed a rebuild but it got the new barrel, 1.0 arm and bucking instead. Wearing my KMCS with the MTW was brilliant once I got outside in the greener areas. Shot / had pinned down a decent amount of players by myself without them having a clue where I was.

Mine has been found......but is currently "Held in warehouse". I've harassed UPS on Facebook again and they've confirmed they have it and I just need to keep on checking the tracker.
