Does anyone know if these mods will be compatible with a 2020 gen 2 wa2000? Or is the gen 2 different internally? Hoping to get a bit more range and consistency from mine. Used it a couple of weeks ago in game and struggled to get consistent shots from it Are there any mods other than hop rubber that are available for the gen 2 that would also help? Or is the hop unit proprietary the same as a gen 1?

How recently was that shipment? And has anyone else got an idea of what time it should take for a parcel yo ship from HK to UK at the moment? Reason im asking is that i have a parcel with my 2 sword cutlass pistols and 4 spare mags in transit from HK... Parcel shipped 8th last month, then nothing until 20th when tracking updated to say it was leaving HK... and nothing since then on either HK post or Royal Mail tracking sites.

i have to say i agree that there is no need for a gun to have a mini-gun level ROF (unless its actually a mini-gun) regardless of HPA/AEG etc... that said, banning HPA is the wrong way to sort the issue... my tippmann is HPA, and while i can turn up the ROF, i abide by the number 1 rule in airsoft (dont be a dick) and leave the ROF at a realistic level. i have no idea how high i can turn it up, nor do i have any intentionof finding out. as has been said above, the issue isnt the kit, its the dick using a high ROF HPA setup to hose someone. the only way (i believe) to resolve the issue is to have chrono stations also check the ROF on HPA and DSG guns and having a ban on binary triggers that allow people to bypass single shot limits, especially at CQB sites where they are often implemented for safety or game balance reasons

Saw that patrolbase have a runcam bundle in their shop today... so i picked one up so that i can put my gopro wannabe camera on my helmet instead of hanging off the side of my guns (always hated having a small box sticking out the side of my gun... especially if i was trying to peek around a corner) Bought a bundle that consists of 2 batteries, charger and runcam scopecam with 25mm lens (for mid range filming.... i dont do much sniping so i dont need super high levels of zoom)

Oh yeah, i was in one of the trenches by the base when he flipped out about getting shot when dead... but as one of the blues shouted back, if he didnt have his hand raised, how are we to know... especially in the chaos around that area Probably the worst flip out i have seen, but aside from that it was a great first game back.... even if it did highlight how out of shape i am Ah, the age old airsoft pitfall... overestimating your guns range XD TBH, unless i can clearly see a bb hit and bounce off someone (which is rare) i dont call cheat as i know 90% of the time im probably dropping short. And lol... i bet he was thinking "that bastard" when you shot your TAG at him

there were a LOT of "walking dead" at apocalypse today.... myself included. definately going to need to start getting on my bike to try and get some level of fitness back. and from other players comments in the safezone, im not the only one XD

If they were wearing a helmet and set of goggles, it was probably me on the blue team.... and i did go a bit mad with the tags in the last game as the air pressure in my HPA bottle was running low and gun would only fire in semi-auto

True. And once i can go to my preferred airsoft shop and can get some bbs, i will experiment. Not going to waste perfectly good bbs on experiments when i can get some cheap bbs when they clean up the range (its what i use to fill all my MOSCARTs... go down with an empty bb bottle and buy the guys a drink for them to fill the bottle)

Actually they arent a matched pair, as the jackal was only made for Alucard after he first encountered anderson, and he then started dual weilding them. Lol, i had forgotten about that beast... but it would have limited use due to many sites not allowing TAGs... and somehow i dont think milsims would allow/appreciate it

As long as i can have the companion silver gun (Called "Cassul" IIRC) as well.... but they have to have full slides like the originals =P And on the subject of hellsing guns.... my first game was supposed to be tomorrow at RIFT, but while they tried hard, they couldnt get a straight answer from anyone that would let them open =( fingers crossed that they can get the clarification they need so they can open for their games next weekend. apocalypse has stated they have the support needed to open on sunday, so it will now become my first game.

You should have a lot of fun with those guns. I cant comment on the druganov, as i havent used one, but the SMC9 and AAP01 are both really good guns with great range and decent kick for GBB guns.. Actually that reminds me... *proceeds to dig my own SMC out and start getting it cleaned and lubed ready for first game back.... whenever that will be*

True, and that was part of what set me thinking about the idea i listed in my opening post. But as far as i am aware, the "clamshell" part of the shell is lodged into a TAG casing, so it can be fired from a TAG standalone launcher, and you cant remove them from the casing to load it into a TAG launcher shell without it coming apart in your hands. If i have been misinformed, then i am happy to stand corrected and i will look to buy some TAG buckshot rounds instead for outdoors use

Yeah, thats what i meant... fold the ends over and use a tiny amount of tape to hold the ends closed and not spill bbs everywhere when carrying the parcels in my pouches

as the title suggests, i have been thinking (a dangerous thing to do, i agree).. today i was watching dvd collection of Sharpe, while also giving my gear a once over to find any issues before next weekends game days and had a thought when looking at my TAGinn CO2 shells. i run a grenade launcher on my gun, but due to leaking valves on most of my moscarts, i only have a couple of APS hellfires that i can use. i also have 3 TAGinn shells that wont get much use due to the lack of sites that allow TAGs in general skirmishes. i was wondering if i would be allowed to get some tracing paper or tissue paper and use it to make a "parcel" filled with BBs that i could load into the TAG shell as a makeshift moscart in the field (as the hellfires will take age to reload at respawn), similar to the TAG buckshot round. my thinking would be that if the end is loosely taped, the force of the CO2 would shred the paper and scatter the bbs... but no point in experimenting if the general concensus is that it wouldnt be allowed

Well, i decided "fuck it, whats another £170-odd on my credit card" and bought myself an S&T M320 grenade launcher. Mounted it on my tippmann via a set of m-lok to picatinny rail adapters i bought a couple of months ago. I did find that the launcher had a lot of wobble on the rails, so i found a pair of screws in my toolbox at work and used them to pin the launcher... just need to trim them down a few mm and paint them black so they dont stand out. Edit. also set up an account with enola gaye, and will be ordering some pyro from them next week

Just bought 6 PTS EPM1 midcap mags to replace my hi caps for ise on both my nuprol m4 and tippmann m4 in HPA configuration... (6x250rd midcaps vs 4 300rd hicaps plus no battle rattle) Plus 2 p90 hi cap mags. All from patrolbase Also, if i can afford it (doubtful), i am going to buy an m320 to replace my m203, mainly for looks, but also because the 320 has sights i can use with tag rounds =P

sounds very much like RIFT the ridge... (its hosted on the Devils Pit 4x4 course near luton) almost always a mudbath, and i am also still finding those spikey ball things... 6 months later i only played there once, and i was fucked by the end of the day due to heatstroke... to the point i was using one of the poles for the "land grab" game i had captured as a walking pole to keep me upright as i skirted the edge of the site trying to reach the "nil score" zone near our spawn. just trying to avoid combat at all costs. *cough* go to apocalypse *cough* awesome 😃 hopefully we will bump into each other. i will be bringing my entire arsenal with me as i have no idea what the site is like, so cant really plan my loadout too much... but i will probably be running my tippmann m4 with M320 launcher and carrying TAG rounds for the first part of the day. just look for the nutter wearing this loadout... with several yellow TAG hand grenades hanging from the vest =P

title asks it all.. just asking if anyone has booked their first game back? i have booked a ticket to apocalypse airsoft on april 4th, is there anyone else here going to the same game?

i also have an S&T m203, but to fit the tag shells i have had to file off the ends of the ridges inside the barrel... (but it hasnt seemed to affect the ability of the launcher to use normal moscarts) i bought a couple of CO2 TAG launcher shells from here: https://www.airsoftworld.net/tag-innovation-co2-pro-evo-shell-launcher-single.html if you buy the shells, DO NOT buy green gas shells, as with mk2 tag rounds, they may not ignite the fuses 100% of the time (advice given to me by a couple of people who regularly use TAGs) buy the CO2 (gold band) or HPA (red band) shells, and either a TAG FIST2 or TAG HPA adapter to fill them. airsoftworld also stock the rounds, so you can get a full tag setup from the one shop... https://www.airsoftworld.net/manufacturers/tag-innovation the other option is to buy a TAG brand grenade launcher, so you dont need to buy the launcher shells (load a round in launcher and fire it using CO2 capsule).. downsides to that is that a TAG brand launcher is around £700... and you are restricted to ONLY firing tag rounds... so no using moscarts in general skirmishing, unlike you could do with the S&T launcher depends on the barrel length, but a shell will easily fit inside a standard length m203 with room to spare. i did have to file down the "ridges" inside the barrel of my S&T launcher to fit the shells into the breech, but its an easy job due to soft aluminium... just time consuming to fettle it just enough for the shell. having done that modification to my launcher, i have used it over a dozen times to fire moscarts without any issue, so no need to worry about ruining your launcher if you regularly use moscarts 😃 i dont think you do. with a round in the shell you will struggle to put the shell into the breech if you hold it parralel to the barrel, but if you hold the shell at an angle to put the tip inside the breech and then rock it in (like an AK mag) then there's no need for any cutouts on the barrel itself. as i have said above, my S&T only needed the ridges inside the barrel to be filed down a bit at the breech end to allow the shell to sit forward enough to close the breech...

tag rounds are indeed awesome. while i havent been able to use my TAGs in games yet, i have fired off a few test shots. also booked in to apocalypse airsoft on the 4th... going to be bringing the TAG rounds with me (already messaged them and they allow tags on site) i have an assortment of 4.5 second reapers, pack of archangel impacts, and 2 packs of velum smokes... and i have had them sitting here taunting me for over a year.. so i will DEFINATELY be pyro happy at apocalypse XD not just TAG rounds.... i will also be using the TAG/ airsoft innovations AFG6 frag grenades... also a 120db bang but with added "shrapnel" of dried peas

OUCH!!.. that looks fucking painful... and lol, fair enough... did you order the FBG6s or the AFG6s i mentioned? also where do you source the mil smokes? i would like to have a few ready for use at RIFT REDCON2. the open spaces require better smoke coverage than the EG WP40s i can buy at the site shop.
