Hermes in our area are fantastic. Credit where credit is due. Royal Mail here, however, are incompetent morons. Stuff is regularly late, we sometimes get the neighbours letters and sometimes they just outright can't be asked to turn up 🤷‍♂️ Then coronavirus happened.....

Let me preface this by saying I really don't like selling on ebay. I've been burned and messed about so many times it's painful. The classified section on here is much better. But, I digress.... Sold my SWAT loadout on ebay for much less than it was worth.... c. £300 of gear went for £100 😐 helmet, comm set, plate carrier, the lot. The buyer messaged and said he can't pay until payday (at the time, 4 days away). Now, I've been burned like this before, dollars to donuts the buyer never pays, so nope, sorry, not doing it. Relisted, and stopped him from bidding. Well.... Got a string of messages today asking why the hell I'd blocked him, he's got the money today (tis a miracle!) and he needs it as he's an enforcement agent. He's unhappy, ect. He's simply not taking no for an answer. Really throwing Teddy out of the cot. Am I being a total dick here? Is my Ebay-fu not strong? Has lockdown made me cynical? N.B, checked out his ebay listings... Mysteriously all he sells is ex police gear...

Agreed, banned under Anti Social Behaviour Act 2003. Shame, as these were fantastic guns. It's now listed as a section 5 firearm in the UK.

I've had to go through this process (not with anything airsoft related). Be prepared to wait a long time and spend a lot of money. Just a heads up. Sounds like the guy deserves it though, fair play if you are going down that route.

Did a search for this on here but couldn't find anything.... How do you guys stow away your helmets when not being used, especially those running earpro/comms on them? (ie mine are Fast Helmets with Earmor M32s) So far I've seen everything from polystyrene heads to wooden crosses, bags, wig stands 😅 at the moment mine are either being balanced on top of plate carriers or left upside down on a soft surface. Suggestions would be appreciated

Hanger 39 (Designs) In short, this company do custom patches and embroidery, ie name tapes, plate carrier patches, call sign badges, along with some clothing, uniform hire ect. The owner states he's an Afghan Vet. It could be an ideal place to get custom patches done.....but.... The good: Great range of custom stuff that's hard to find, especially Seal team caps (I got my Cerberus cap from them) and the fact they are UK based. They seem to do the 'Honeycomb' stuff that the CTSFO guys rock. The bad: Their customer service is atrocious. Lots of promises, but no actual action. I ordered a custom name tape which was delayed, then when it finally arrived, the name was spelt wrong. I didn't get a reply to my email telling them they'd messed up until I left negative feedback. A month later, still no patches, just excuses. Maybe I just got a bad experience, but I won't be getting anything from here again. It's a shame as Hanger 39 has a lot of potential
