God!! don’t get me started, the amount of Friday nights, all day Saturday, all day Sunday & Monday evenings I did with my mates playing AD&D in the 80’s not forgetting the amount of junk food and beer consumed was crazy - it kinda got a little silly but by fuck was fun at the time 8 of us playing D&D and getting beered up! When TSR started to remove things like the melnibonian section in deity’s & demigods manual (‘copyright issue I think) and in later stages of 2nd edition demons from the monster manual in that stupid loose leaf “monstrous compendium” and silly classes started to appear we slowly drifted away as it felt a different game to us all. I still have my character sheet from my favourite two chars and the painted figures in one of attic boxes /nerdreminiscingover

FFS @Adolf Hamster The last few months we have argued over worse/more stupid things so it’s kinda on par atm and imho feels quite “normal”

I’ve been to the store a fair few times and everything is all fine and dandy, the staff are nice and chatty and the atmosphere is pleasant, HOWEVER I have never ordered anything from them online so I can’t say how that side of things are.

@Speedbird_666 You are a level up on my 3D printing skillz Yea the 3Max has a ton of upgrades which means I don’t have to (and kill it) so I think the extra £quids imho is worth the less amount of stress and besides the wife is gonna kill me for £150 or £230 and when I get out of the doghouse I’ll still have the printer. I am also gonna use the “Well Darling I won’t buy that new pewpew I was looking at” she doesn’t know or understand the UKARA thing or that fact I don’t have mine atm so I couldn’t buy the pewpew anyways

I really need to get a 3D printer but I might miss making shit with my hands - those resin printers look sexy tho…… @mightyjebus I might “if” I was you and since you seem to have a 3D printer* I would serious think about encasing those rare earth magnets with a case of some sort cuss when they get a sharp shock they have been known to shatter - think of your eyes buddy *as I don’t currently have one I would use some Sugru just to stop anything coming away.
