I'm tempted to pick one up based on liking the overall look, but being online I can't really judge the external build quality and for a £300 RIF it doesn't have much going on internally.
-
Those rubbers are horrible, for the price I don't think it's worth faffing around. They're a consumable item, so I often buy three or so at a time.
-
You're paying the big bucks for the potentially broken WE internals and mismatched externals.

Fuck me, are we still talking about Novritsch charging £20 more for a guitar stand, than you can get it for on Amazon 😄

Does it help if you manipulate the trigger at the same time too?

Built using the excellent KWA RM4 platform, by adding this Beautiful dark green 9.5" Gisele rail, green Magpul MOE pistol grip and green stock. Additionally, it's been upgraded with a Gate Merf programmable MOSFET, ZCI inner barrel and 60 degree maple leaf macaron bucking. I will also include a metal high-cap mag, which from memory is also made by KWA. For those who don't know, ERG stands for Electric Recoil Gun. So this has simulated recoil and as someone who once owned a very expensive TM NGRS SCAR, I can tell you this feels much nicer in that regard! Currently setup to SAFE/SEMI/3RND Burst but I will include the Gate programming button, which makes it easy to change the settings. Rotary hop unit with a good amount of clicking incremental positions, so you can fine tune the perfect BB trajectory. Also features a quick change spring, although as far as I can tell, you need the special KWA springs, as the one that's in it is much shorter than a standard AEG. So in all-honesty I wouldn't bother mucking around with that. Stated price includes PayPal fees and tracked postage. Please PM me any questions as I don't get notifications for anything asked on the ad.£275

I'm £700 into my Novritsch SSR4 and it's still not working 🤔 I live in hope that I'll get to beat it to death over a period of many years, rather than just against a tree on my next skirmish. People run around with £1500+ NGRS. As you say though, everyone is different. I think wine is to be drunk, WWF figures bashed against eachother and Airsoft guns to be shot in the spirit of the game. ....of course I understand some are irreplaceable but that's different to "expensive".

Just remember that the majority of aftermarket slides are designed for TM Glocks, so may not be good fit without at least some modification.

Since these no-longer seem to be available in The UK, I bought this second-hand and it arrived leaking. So I took it apart and, well yeah this is where we ended-up. I'm 99% sure every part is there, but I can't guarantee it. If you're technically minded, this could potentially be a cheap way for you to get a working one of these. Alternatively it could of course be used for its wealth of spare parts. Either way that'd be on you to sort. Stated price includes PayPal fees and tracked courier. I watched that KM video and it was refreshing to see him drop the persona. Unfortunately I can also see how it wouldn't be of any interest to the LADbible crowd which are all over his painful headshot compilations.
-
Depends on the person, I certainly couldn't - the same applies to a lot of people. The main perk I'm left with is if I damage something externally (say the upper receiver), then even someone with my basic level of tech skill could order just that part. Anyway, as I say knowing what I do now, I would have gone about things a different way.
-
As someone who used to defend Novritsch products, usually against the people who claimed "It's massively overpriced, because you can make the same for less yourself"....I just can't with their RIF's anymore. I mean fair enough I did want it upgraded beyond the "pre-upgraded out of the box" level, but that was mainly because it was overheating quickly (changed motor and MOSFET). Then the gearbox cracked. Anyway, my SSR4 is the one shown in the first 50 seconds of this video....

You wouldn't put a RMR on top of the iron sight like that, so I'm going to say it's just part of the design (some kind of pin going through to keep it together etc). Surely you would just put the red dot on the top rail?

- As new
I bought this late last year and haven't gotten round to skirmishing it yet. In all-honesty I likely won't anytime soon, so have decided to move it on. It's been stored in its box ever since, because of this I'm listing this "as new". However minor marks may be present. As per the title, this version has real wood furniture. Gas goes in the rear, uses standard type 30 round shotgun shells and can switch between 3 or 6 rounds per shot. It's currently completely leak-free, however it's not unheard of for these to develop leaks (much like any airsoft replica/magazine/accessory which holds gas). As such I can only guarantee it'll hold gas when I package it up and I'm happy to make a video proving this. Stated price includes PayPal fees and tracked courier. Please PM and questions as I do not get notifications of anything asked on the listing.£130

@emilianoksa - I recently replaced my G19 Gen.3 spring with the one from this set (yes, after stretching during re-assembly), so can confirm they do indeed use the same springs for all three of their most recent models (G19 Gen.3, G19 Gen.4 & G17 Gen.4). I will add though, the only "downside" is the trigger pull will be slightly heavier than with the stock Marui spring. However as TM's is so light, you may consider that a good thing (a bit more realistic).
-
You really can't improve the performance, other than perhaps different hop rubber and inner barrel. A stronger spring will reduce gas efficiency and a metal slide will do the same plus make the slide cycle slower. TM know how to make a pistol, if you start messing with the balance of that, you'll end up regretting it.
-
The spring is the same for both the Gen.3 19 and Gen.4 17. If you REALLY need another one, they can be purchased from Fire Support as part of the full spring set (linked below). https://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/guarder-frame-spring-set-for-marui-g17-gen4

Wanna buy my car? It works perfectly....just not as a means of transport.

I'm really confused by this statement: "It works however it doesn't function at all"

A bit long-winded for an April fools and it reads like the English came through Google translate. Nice pics though 4/10. -

For me it would have been to stockpile RIF's from Taiwangun pre-BREXIT. Of course that doesn't apply to anyone coming in to the hobby now. I would advise to quickly get it into your head, that what @Rogerborg says about all AEG's essentially doing the same thing is true and if you play mostly woodland, you're not going to get that much use out of a pistol. So when you get your defence, start with a budget to mid-range AEG, replace the inner barrel and hop rubber (learn how to do this yourself!) Use that until you've been around a while and if at that point you're really craving the newest/best AEG that's fine, but keep your old one as a backup. For a sidearm, just get a mid-sized TM and don't pay it much mind after that. That being said, it's also fine to get something for "the collection" but do it with acceptance that it's a luxury, don't try to convince yourself that you "need" it. -

Like most of my RIF's, this one is in excellent condition as was in my holster for around two hours one morning before being put away and it's only a few months old. Minor marks may be present though. Despite its overall compact form and slim mags, it's still a reliable performer. As many know, TM GBBP's are famous for their well-crafted polymer construction. Being a non-metal gun it suffers far less from the dreaded cool down. However if you're so inclined, Guarder make some amazing looking metal (both steel and aluminium) kits. Will come with the originally included mag and RMR plate. Unconfirmed but I think the latter only works with the Marui Micro Pro Sight. Stated price includes PayPal fees and tracked courier. Any questions are usually answered quite quickly but please PM as I don't get notified of anything asked on the listing.£125
