If you you like the look the pts eps stock is the easiest stock to run on any m4 buffer tube where battery space is a priority without excessive bulk. It is a quality item which makes the price easier to swallow when comparing to a cheap knockoff and you are not restricted as much lipo wise as a magpul ctr conversion.

As far as I’m aware you need a new outer barrel and maybe an inner barrel when using a gold match as a base as they are completely different to the stock tm 5.1 and all aftermarket slides are designed for stock items. The frame is also slightly different but runs fine with a stock slide. Personally if you are looking at modifying a hicapa upon purchase unless you really want the lower shape of the gold match they are not worthy of the extra over the 5.1. If you are planning on leaving as tm intended then the gold match is the better purchase or for if you want a red dot the D.O.R but this also has specific parts.

5 years of use, once week for an average of 300 bbs a session, both slide and frame have a little wear in combination that results in vertical play in the slide so the nozzle jams. Both work perfectly with other slide /frame combinations just not together any more. It may also be a problem with the perfect sight as once the slide cycles all the mass at the front of the slide Is gone so any play shows up even more

The perfect sight runs great on the other less worn frame.

Airsoft masterpiece, the top two are now full airsoft masterpiece and the open class is airsoft masterpiece slide and slide internals and everything from the frame down is stock tm 4.3 silver with an aftermarket magwell . The lim at perfect sight no longer looks like that anymore as I wore the slide out to the point it won’t feed as there is too much slop so it now looks like this. I found the perfect sight the best balanced hicapa due to the increased weight on the end of the steel barrel and lack of slide mass reciprocating. the new slide is as light due to the significant cuts and I have fitted a steel bulk barrel to keep the weight at the front Edit: the black slide may be a gunsmith bros

Thumb rest slide stop, and it stops slide lock back when used but as they are all short stroked it’s a moot point

Nope, paintball splats 25 years ago unfortunately, they may have worn off by now. my best man at my wedding had a photo of himself ready to breach complete with paintball marker. as they got more familiar with the routine they moved on to live rounds

My experience is the same as rocket highlights, I purchased a tti trigger with the relevant trigger bar. Trigger is a welcome improvement but the stock tm trigger bar works whereas the aftermarket one replicates your problems

You are getting very close to genuine uk taxed optics at that price point. I have recently purchased a genuine holosun aems. It knocks everything else I’ve used into touch
