    You must have one hell of a hop upgrade in mind to lift those 30g monsters🤣🤣. I am guessing you ment 0.3's and I doubt that you would need to upgrade the hop to lift them. If it turns out you do I would recommend a Prometheus purple bucking and I know for a fact it will lift .4s Hope this helps

    After a day of tinkering I have finally managed to get the striker back up and running. Also where the hell has the Decepticon  bucking been whole life. It coupled with a concave nub is just stupid good 😍

      I have the same rubber (50°), chose it over the Autobot because the contact patch shape seemed less prone to manufacturing defects :)

      And yeah, it's great!

    Personally I would get yourself one of these http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/airsoft/Accessories_Conversion_Kits_Other_ARES_Compact_Power_Spring_Bolt_for_ARES_Amoeba_STRIKER_S1_Sniper_Rifle_Upgraded_Version.htm These are the cheapest and if you pretend to be a minor on the packaging it will count as a gift and you won't get hit with import charges. I would also pick yourself up one of these https://www.bespokeairsoft.co.uk/lycan-romeo-sear-for-ares-striker-as01-1pc-steel Both of which I have in mine and it gives a silky smooth bolt pull. But if you are struggling for cash I would simply get an upgraded piston and wet sand the exterior of your current bolt to remove the black covering which smooths the bolt pull and gives the bolt a nice copper colour

    Same here, from my end I have found its not to do with the hop unit but it is more to do with the bolt and cylinder. I would make sure that when you put the bolt back in you make sure that it is 100% in line with the trigger sears which is what worked for me

    DPD can go suck a long one. 
    I ordered a set of buckings and nubs back before Christmas. My dumb ass did not realize that Skirmshop was closed over Christmas until the new year which is fine. The parts were dispatched on the 2nd. DPD then failed to deliver no less than 7 times because the driver would get into our vague area (DPD have a handy app that allows you to track the driver) before taking a picture of a hedge and going home. The parcel is now on the way back to Skirmshop. So fuck DPD

    So guys I have been thinking of buying @Davegolf KWA GBBR Vector (if it is still available😋) and I just have a couple of questions. 1. How reliable are they when they are properly maintained? 2. How good is the recoil on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the perfect airsoft recoil and 1 being springer level 3. If you guys could go back and have the choice of buying the vector or another GBBR would you take the vector? 4. Simply is it worth it Thanks guys

    So I ordered some small parts from zero one and today I got a rather large box from them. Taking it out of the cardboard reveled this...

    I can only think of 2 things that it could be. 1. The 50o hop rubber is to hard for your FPS (correct me if I am wrong but I seem to remember that your striker has a fps around 350, as a comparison at that fps I run a 30o bucking) When I put a 80o bucking in mine I had similar problems as you that where solved when I put a 75o in 2. The new nub is to big to fit though the hop window, I had this problem and its an easy fix with an knife Hope this helps

    And after a fevered night fulled by coffee, energy drinks and my own tears I finally finished a few projects and thought to myself "aaaaa yes everything works perfectly and I don't need anything else for a while"

    Well I have had a roller coaster of a day. 

    First the Bad: I was doing a regular cleaning of the Striker and suddenly PING off goes one of the screws into the depths to my pit room. I took 2 hours, lots of swearing, a dill and pulling up floorboards before I found the f’ing thing. I really need to get a magnetic mat.

    Now the Good: After a little light perusing of the internet I found a series of triggers again for the Striker (no your obsessed) and after invoking many deities over a bloody screw I managed to get this fitted and I quiet like it.       And enough spilt bbs that I could finally open Sollys second hand bb store (refunds not accepted, any damage caused by my high quality bbs (Nov uses them!!!) Are not my problem)😂

    For mine I had to crack out the lathe to remove enough material from the outer barrel, really annoying but now it just works and looks amazing

    I just acquired a dynatex timed grenade along with some 209 primers and 9mm blanks and I have to say that it is amazingly fun. Also got a replacement mag release spring for my Glock so that is working again 😂

    hey guys i just got a Lycan 90o sear and the pegs that come with the gun don't appear to go though the hole in the sear. Should I send it back or is this common mistake with an easy fix

    OK boys, the 60o hop up rubber and it is perfect. It worked perfectly over the weekend and i am now getting around 120-130 meter shots. One question though, does anyone know where to get a 90o cylinder because that is really the only thing that my gun is missing 🙂
