  1. My WE G34 in tan with magwell and thumb rest. My last and favourite rifle: an LCT LCK 106. Neither of these guns has ever been skirmished.
  2. My LCT AK S74 UN, and better photos of my TM M9A1 IMG_3018.HEIC IMG_2989.HEIC IMG_3015.HEIC Don't know why I can't post the pictures directly. Never had problems before. IMG_2988.HEIC
  3. Thanks for all the replies. My position remains as follows: I am unable to skirmish again, so I no longer need my guns. They are simply taking up space. However I am not desperate for money. I am losing a lot just by selling as new items at a fraction of their cost. I would like to recoup some of the money to use on other things, but I am prepared to hang on to my guns if necessary. I have no way of knowing that a person without a current UKARA is a skirmisher. I know hardly anybody in the airsoft community. People can say anything on the phone. For all I know a caller wants to buy my stuff because it is cheap and sell it on to somebody else. Call me timid by all means but I am not prepared to be a test case. People have had their lives ruined because of ill thought out laws in our stupidly governed country. My prices are very good. My condition of sale is clear.
  4. I know that UKARA is not a legal requirement for buying a rif.. But when a seller is dealing with somebody he doesn't know, it is the only form of proof of defence that can be relied on, and probably the only one that would stand up in court of law. And yet, when I advertise rifs and make clear that I will sell only to those with a current UKARA, I am contacted by people who know full well their UKARA has expired. After the correspondence, exchange of details etc, I check with Fire Support and end up stopping the sale. I know the law is stupid, but there is nothing I can do about it. Selling to those without a defence is a criminal offence, and I am not prepared to risk having a criminal record, which is a serious thing, and all for the sake of a hundred and fifty quid. How would I explain to my daughter who lives in America that I could not get a visa to visit her? In future when I am selling a rif, I will insist that prospective buyers give me their full name, UKARA number and postal code, before I respond to them in any way. I am tired of wasting my time. My own UKARA has expired and I have come to terms with the fact that I will not be able to buy another rif unless I once again go through the whole procedure of playing three game in just over two month. Fair enough. There must be lots of skirmishers out there in the same position. But they shouldn't be trying to buy guns on the sales section.
  5. You do like your Glocks. So do I. Info on the bottom right 34 please?
  6. Thanks for the reply. I suppose it worked out as pretty good value for two years' heavy use.
  7. How did your first one meet its demise? 2 years doesn't seem very long for a TM.
  8. Thanks. Not really what I was looking for.
  9. Does anybody know if there are any practical pistol clubs in the north west? I haven't been able to find any.
  10. Use Google translate. I have bought stuff from Germany using it.
  11. Can anyone tell me the maximum temperature a soldering iron should be heated to for stippling of plastic pistol grips? TM and/or WE.
  12. Yes, I realise that Tommikka. I could join a re-enactment society I suppose,, but it isn't really my kind of thing. Thanks for the reply. Good to know.
  13. How do you manage to keep your UKARA? Now that my skirmishing days are over, I will lose my UKARA in March of next year. That is why any other rifs I want will have to be purchased in the next three months.

Right handed universal holster. Purchased from UK Tactical. Never skirmished. Never taken out of my house. I tried a couple of pistols for fit (it worked fine) and put it away. Because I have since had hip surgery and been given medical advice not to play airsoft, it will never be used. I will have no further need of holsters. No marks or smudges. Excellent appearance. Good build quality. Moly straps to the rear. It comes with a spare shim for thicker guns, and an item (both pictured) whose purpose I have no idea of, since the holster came without instructions. Sorry pictures aren't better. It is adjustable and will take most pistols. REDUCED TO £20 COLLECTED OR £23 POSTED.

Premium black ballistic goggle that can be worn over prescription glasses. Ballistic resistance rating of STANAG 2920. They come with their own nicely made zipped container and five anti- fog sachets. I wore then once over my glasses at an indoor cqb site, and removed them after 20 minutes because my glasses were fogging. The goggles didn't fog, just my glasses. They have never been worn since, and because I can no longer skirmish, I have no need of them. So after a mere 20 minutes use, they are in excellent condition. Because they are designed to accommodate glasses and prescription inserts, there is a little more room in them than other goggles. But you don't have to wear glasses to use them or like their appearance. I paid about 60 pounds for them and would like to sell them for 30. They can be collected from the Bolton area of Greater Manchester, or posted at the buyer's expense. Not included in the price but illustrated above are two lower face masks that I have no longer any need for. The olive drab one with ear protection and cheek padding was worn for twenty minutes with the goggles and has been in storage ever since. Excellent condition. I paid about 15 pounds for it and will sell for 8. The coyote brown one has never been used, is of decent quality and is available for 6 pounds.

  16. Aren't the real ones available with stainless steel slides?
  17. What's the best device for stippling a plastic grip: a soldering iron or a wood burning tool? Or something else?
  18. Why do a TM pistols like the Hi Capa (metal upper frame), 1911 (metal inserts in grip) and M9A1 (metal inserts in the grip and metal weight on inner barrel), have more metal than other Marui pistols? The M9A1 actually weights more than some all metal airsoft Berettas. Is it for the sake of realism or something to do with the design of these guns?
