  1. Now that the new WE Gen5 Glocks are out, does anybody know if WE Gen 3 and 4 magazines are compatible?
  2. This is a question about WE Glock models which have magwells - usually silver or gold coloured on the WET series.. I notice that these magwells have triangular indentations on both sides. Is it possible to insert normal WE Glock mags into these magwells or do the mag base plates have to be changed to fit?
  3. I always understood that the Evo was made in Denmark. I read on another forum that the CZ BRN was made by Kings Arms. I have no idea if this is true or not.
  4. Who makes the Nuprol guns? Who makes the Evolution guns? It would be nice to know.
  5. That is a new one on me. Didn't know there was a G19X. Rather like the look of it.
  6. Thanks. How do you go about getting trades engraved if I might ask? They look really good.
  7. Thanks. Metal slide unfortunately.
  8. Nuprol 2.0 or 3.0 gas in a WE Glock at 11 degrees celsius. Can I get away with the green or will I need the red to empty a magazine?
  9. Very attractive gun. I would love one but only play cqb. I've often thought of getting one anyway despite its size, but know I would regret it. Send it to Fire Support if you have the money. They will fix it for you.
  10. Thanks for the information. I might just get me one of those. I have often considered getting an nbb pistol for the winter months. Love the price.?
  11. Nice gun. Which brand? Is it a springer?
  12. Yes, that is what I thought might be the case? I wonder which factory the Nuprol ones are made in?
  13. Nice M16, and is that a TM USP? My first pistol torch arrived today in the post. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Night-Evolution-X300U-Pistol-Rail-Mount-Tactical-Light-LED-Flashlight-Torch-Kit/202538255758?hash=item2f2838858e:g:n1kAAOSwdUJcFHQT:rk:2:pf:1&frcectupt=true I've noticed that whenever I order anything from China the waiting time is usually said to be about a month. But the stuff always arrives in about a week. Was very happy with the price although I haven't got any batteries at the moment, so I'm unable to test it until the evening. Comes in a nice little foam lined plastic box. I get the impression this is the same model that some companies put their moniker on and then raise the price.
  14. Thanks for the explanation. Very effective technique. So was it all black originally? I mean the frame.
  15. What grade of wet and dry did you use on it? Or did you use something else?
  16. Blackhawk do a universal light bearing one called the Omnivore. https://blackhawk.com/omnivore It is designed for Surefire or Streamlight torches only. I suppose clones of these are available. Worth checking that your P226 will fit a real steel holster. If it is WE or KJW I don't think it will. Other than that you could try Fobus. You might be able to squeeze it into one of their light bearing holsters with strap retention. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201055051084
  17. Thanks. I was considering getting some .25 tracers but 20s would probably suffice.
  18. Is there much point in running bbs heavier than 2.0 at cqb sites where the layout restricts range to about 20 yards maximum?
  19. What do people mean when they refer to "normal" or "regular" green gas. I know they don't include Nuprol 2.0 in that category since it is supposed to have a somewhat higher pressure than most green gas. There doesn't seem to be a lot of choice in green gas in the UK. Most places sell only Nuprol, Abbey and ASG Ultrair, though you will occasionally see Guarder, Airsoft Surgeon or Puff Dino. I have no idea where the Puff Dino fits into the spectrum. I'm guessing something like Abbey Predator Ultra might be regarded as normal green gas.
  20. 5.11 coyote trainers belt, Acetech AT 1000 tracer unit and Hephaestus 20 to 14mm thread adapter for LCT barrel. Sorry I don't have pictures yet, but I'm working on it.
  21. Thanks for the explanation. Thanks for the note of caution.
  22. I stay away from most of the big brand names.
