Tried a XL FMA Ops Core SF bump replica? Take the impact liner out and replace with Team Wendy (or replica) pads and I would bet you will have room to spare.

REF GHK. QC only becomes an issue where you buy. If you buy remotely in this country and get a lemon just send it back. With that said most of the QC issues come with the AK line due to (speculating) the tooling has come to the end of its life. I am a die hard GHK user but if I had to do it all over again today I would go VFC as the refined design beats out GHK with one CAVET, with the way GHK magazine are made (out of one block of metal) they can take the 800 PSI presser of direct filling Co2 (devil hunter mod) into a "green gas" magazine. Using higher PSI propellant means full auto mag dumps, being able to move a heaver recoil system and less weather dependant. Now onto the trigger weight. Both system can easily meet the trigger pull weight you are after with an aftermarket spring or just bodging it by bending the stock one. Now like a real firearm the "bolt" resets the trigger so the stronger the hammer spring the more force is needed to cycle the bolt rearward so you may need to invest in an NPAS, lighter Buffer Spring and Buffer to balance the system TLDR without my ramblings, its a much of a muchness and I think you will be happy with either system.

I would start by shimming the guide rod so the slide has less to travel. If this improves the snappiness remove the shims, chuck a heaver recoil spring in and up the PSI of the gas to something like 220 (Vorsk V12 is nice and dry) and should be gravy.

Thoughts on the the GDR15? uses a battery but is a trans GBB with 30 round mags and without a battery it technically is a springer.

Its what the "shop now" button links to.

Some strange helmet pads. They seem to be a somewhat a copy of the HHV pads. Hoping they work, as they should help a lot with cooling. Posting on the off chance someone has them and would care to share what they are like. Any ideas to stop spiders nesting in my helmet if I end up using them? -
	@mods that's a ban right?

Sorry to say no, not real. Easy way to tell is the screws. They use flat heads since 2017 and even if this happened to be older they are still wrong for the Allen heads. Cyrillic is wonky. That's made from "monkey metal" as well by the looks of it. The rear butt pad section on the stock is wrong. Again sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Can compare directly https://en.zenitco.ru/catalog/weapon-upgrade/

Depending on the toy in question (regarding the quality of the metal used for the spring) and if you are going to the bother of removing the spring anyway I would invest in some threaded rod and 2 nuts. Compress the spring on the rod using the nuts and leave it for a week. I will be very surprised if this does not bring it down to the required power. I now do this myself as by cutting new springs in the past they then "bed in" and come in way under the power I was aiming for.

Off on a tangent - in my 24 years playing with toys I have seen more accidents due to fogging then inadequate eye protection. Hopefully that implies we are doing something collectively right at least.

Like some boxing gyms. You have to wear head gear if under 18 and are strongly advised to wear it regardless of age but the waver lets you box without.
 -
Is it not implied by calling it a "Paintball Mask" it is fit for purpose and use? For instance to sell something and call it "Bicycle Helmet" it needs to carry the CE mark and be fit for use.

You have to be 18 to wear glasses. You signed your life (eye balls) away when you arrive if you choose to wear non full face in the designated game area. Being an adult you get to choose if you want to risk it for a biscuit. If by wearing glasses you put someone else's safety at risk it would be a different story but am very much "if what you do is not hurting anyone else and it makes you happy, crack on". What Tommikka posted is disgusting. Selling something marked as PPE when its in fact not is criminal.
 -
The draw from Paintball back in the day was the realism of the toys used combined with almost losing them back in 2007 makes this stuff almost sacrileges for me.
 -
Oh nice one. Bit of unsolicited advice - Once you have everything set up, put it on and wear it for an hour or so to see if its going to be a torture device. A bit of neck muscle pain is expected but if you have a splitting headache need to adjust the padding.

PVS31 Battery Retention System holds an Exfog with room to spare. Will work with the helmet cover or without, can even set it up without the use of Velcro. Replica https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006574447558.html? real deal https://www.tactical-kit.co.uk/ferro-concepts-pvs31-battery-retention-system-35500-p.asp Can also just Velcro the fog unit to the back and use some bungee attached to the helmet rails to hold it in place.

Any photos? Swapped to https://trittech-us.com/en-gb/products/air-raiders few years ago now. Not had an issue since and I could FOG a DYE Mask.

The machinist that was OEM for Inokatsu M4 line decided for whatever reason to end ties with them in 2014 and started selling direct under the Vipertech Brand. Think that sadly sunk them. Not sure who made the pistols though.

Years ago a shop called Airsoft Dynamics did the same thing in this country. Had someone living in Akihabara Japan that would drop ship most of the stuff to them. If Boom Arms is anywhere near Kwong Wah Street in Hong Kong he will have about 30 places to source stock from most of whom do not have an English presence on the internet.

MILSPEC tube. Commercial are slightly wider. Buffer tubes are not expensive and it will come off the mount if you have compatibility issues.

Pick n Pluck over wave foam hard case?
Chev Chelios replied to Ian Bru's topic in General Discussion
For anyone so inclined you can get a product from Plastidip that you paint on the pick and pluck and sets it rock sold. Its like a layer of pleather that seals it all together. Never been a fan of shadow foam myself after trying it for tool storage if water gets into the membrane it seems to stay wet forever. -
If I was you I would jump on Reddit or ARF and have a search on the cloner gun forums. Its a big thing in the US gun community building retro clones. Example https://www.reddit.com/r/MilitaryARClones/comments/1ai701w/arms_50_m_rail/ they buying and selling for 800-900 US.
