  1. It does get easier, I've been able to go to bed without wearing a ballistic helmet & stab vest lately....... which is nice🤕
  2. Showed Ruger to my wife...........she wants one 😱
  3. Reckon it's one of those Eastern European "sheepdogs/herders" gorgeous 👍
  4. Because if this 50+ to was to actually type what he's thinking about your shit eating attitude, he'd prob get banned from here in an instant, memes are most definitely a funnier & light-hearted response 😏
  5. You've got a real thing about age haven't you !, have you never considered that maybe some people who've been around considerably longer than you, which includes involvement in Airsoft, really DO know more than you. Believe it or not, there are things you don't know 😏
  6. Set up on the back, if I remember correctly, is an X strap setup with a lower waist belt, I did away with the X strap, the hydra panel while still lightweight gives it the sturdier feel of a plate carrier, especially while spreading any load on the shoulders comfortably, without feeling claustrophobic the way PC's made me feel, but that might be just me lol😳
  7. Looks a bit like a warrior DAR rig, but the warrior kit is substantially better, nice features such as non slip backing etc, I've been running one with a condor hydro back panel 👍. Shameless plug but mine might be up for sale soon, let me know if your interested ?
  8. Reckon he's gone "Old Skool", Evo-Stik in a crisp bag🤔
  9. & You always seem to be one of the "dance" partners 😏
  10. My bad, pretty much said what you did, that'll teach me to read the whole thread before replying lol
  11. Primary sport gumshields were intended for is boxing, as much to protect you from yourself as at the time of impact, giving or receiving lol, you tend to grit your teeth/lock your jaw, or if you receive an uppercut, to stop top & bottom set colliding. Your opponents gloves are large enough to dissipate kinetic energy over a larger area, rather than a smaller focused target such as teeth. Yeah a shield will offer protection against a focused impact such as a BB, but at what cost, wearing one while exercising for hours end (as opposed to 3 minute rounds) will be uncomfortable, probably make you gag quite a lot, & still only protect your top set of teeth, much better to wear a lower mesh shield etc. Oh yeah, & they taste like shit after a while🤮
  12. Obviously you've never been to Thanet, or Lydd 🤣
  13. Told ya, if he don't know it, prob not worth knowing👍
  14. @Iceniis our resident Aug specialist, I'm sure he'll be able to sort you out, top bloke👍
  15. While not guaranteed, check out FB marketplace, you can set saved searches, as well as other parameters such as distance. I only started using it recently, couple of weeks ago I picked up an approved 3 gun cabinet, for a TENNER 😁, last week I picked up a large wheeled Gator flight case, RRP £349, for £25 🤣. Some serious bargains to be had👍
  16. Only had 2 injuries when playing, both at the same site, Ft Amherst in Chatham. First was when an unseen 50 year old coil of barbed wire hooked both feet in dense bushes, just as I was about to jump down a 5ft ledge, would've been an extreme faceplant but for the fact I'm a well disciplined old soldier, kept the rifle in my shoulder as I dived towards the ground, buried the entire barrel vertically in the soil, so all the force went straight in to my chest/shoulder, thought I was done for at the time, & my upper torso was black & blue for weeks afterwards. But thank the gods, my TM M4 escaped unharmed lol🙏. Couple of months later, took another dive down about five stone steps in what was known as the chapel, landed on a stone floor, initially thought I had a few bumps & bruises, later in the safezone one particular bump on my elbow wouldnt stop stinging, closer inspection revealed a 6mm BB buried well under the skin, but with only a tiny entry wound, much smaller than the BB itself. Ended up with a mate massaging it towards the surface, & then "popping" it like a big zit, forcing it back out through the much smaller hole. Needless to say it came out with quite a pop, lol prob hit 1j on its way out, & made a few onlookers heave in the process 🤮
  17. Thanks, Ozzy's 12 or 13, getting a bit deaf & eyes clouding a bit but still behaves like a pup, unless he gets a sniff of a rat around our chicken houses, then he turns in to the Terminator lol. Had to google Tornjack, yep, not gonna be little lol😳. Good luck with your homecheck, only advice I could offer is make sure your garden is 100% secure, real bugbear for most rescues. 👍
  18. Funnily enough, I was thinking about putting a small inspection pit in my garage, when not in use it could double up as a great kit locker 🤔
  19. My dogs currently lol, top left to bottom right, "Bodhi" the chi, "Louie" the chi, "Elvis" the chi, "Frank the Tank" the pug, & our oldest, "Ozzy" the parson Jack Russel
  20. Dude, this is available for as little as £90 from taiwangun, or less than £150 from uk retailers, brand new with a warranty, you might want to reconsider your price before someone sticks you on Macks. p.s. used once is still used, not new, that generally only applies to kit straight from a retailer 😏
  21. Lol, maybe when they say "military", they really mean Navy 😏 For me, it's literally any aftershave/perfume advert, who the fcuk actually thinks Johnny Depp out of his nut burying his jewellery in the desert is gonna encourage me to buy their gear ?, or women screaming at the moon etc...........that's the norm in my house, we call it the menopause lol.
