Dunno if I've asked this question before, but a big "HEY" to players in northern Ireland, what's your opinion on the pos Glennie, he started out as a player, does he still play ?, if so is he shunned or is the fact he doesn't appear to shit on his doorstep mean that people there don't take much notice ? Just intrigued to know what players over there think.? Cheers

Lol, this is definitely an entertaining thread, when I voted I voted both, I still stand by that, both are equally right & wrong in their approach & attitudes 😏 But at the same time there are lessons to be learned that we could all take from this when it comes to buying & selling. Personally, on the rare occasions I sell kit, its always "all in", if someone makes an offer, I'll consider it (I'm not Dedsec ffs😜) , & assuming it's a bog standard UK delivery there'll be no extras to be added, lifes too short to quibble over pennies, which is probably why I'll always be poor lol🤣

Edit: i asked the question because a real bugbear of mine, & it's happened a couple of times, is when you've started a conversation with someone regarding a sale, their responses indicate its available to you & your just waiting for them to send their PayPal details, & then they go quiet, prompting me to "nudge" them with a pm or two over the next 24hrs, made even more aggravating by the fact they've read messages & not responded, & then the sale item gets marked as sold, & I'm like "WTF MAN", & have been pissed off enough to contemplate shitty feedback, if nothing else for their lack of manners/courtesy🤬

Personally don't mind an offers option, but it needs a comment box too, for example, a while back I sent an offer for something, seller accepted & pm'd me his PayPal, after I'd paid he then messages me to say I'd need to add x amount for p&p ???????? 😬, taking us back to his original price lol. I was too tired to argue the toss but needless to say a comment box on the offer screen would have made things clearer.

Sounds like you've answered your own question, sell it for bits, make more money without the aggro. Obviously don't refund until you've got ALL the bits back & you've confirmed they're what you sent out, there are some unscrupulous wankers out there.

The part that's the issue, essentially the reason for a refund/return request, what is it & more importantly would the gun have functioned with it broken ?. I ask as the seller thanked you for a "functioning" gun, if this part is reliant upon in order to function, then I'd be inclined to think it was damaged during the "techs" disassembly ?

That's always been my opinion, whether it's reducing fps to UK limits or fitting new parts (in place of existing brand new parts ffs) just to make a rif work properly, it's ridiculous what we put up with, I doubt there are many products in other fields that are clearly not fit for purpose but manufacturers & retailers get away with selling them ?

Tbh I doubt any sites gonna let you play completely starkers, well definitely not in a public game, exposes (npi) them & you to lots of legal public decency issues. I private game might be a possibility, but you'd have to get all your obviously pervy male friends to play to make up the numbers. A mate had one (tm mp7) , range & accuracy was phenomenal, literally better than 95% of the full length aegs on the field, but I think he had it running at around 270ish fps, a small increase on stock, & while he could outrange you, you could see his bb's coming, by the time they reached you it was piss easy to dodge them.

Problems that rushing in seeking a team often have is that, should you not "gel" with your team mates, for any number of reasons ?, & your team regularly frequents your local/home site, it can make things awkward. The fact that you've been playing a while, I assume at only one or two reasonably local sites tells me you've not got involved or felt "attracted😘" to teams there ?, so maybe a change of venue for a while, such as Invicta, will present opportunities to meet like minded people. Just remember teams are like friendships, those forced together rarely have the kinship/shitz & giggles that those that take the time to evolve have👍

Looks nice quality, but straight away that that metal cobra clip looks like it's gonna be an issue once the vest is loaded up, rubbing/chafing with most of the rig weight on it ?
