  1. Lonex has always been a good shout if you want a solid rifle without the modern electronic stuff. Just a very solid Nylon fibre bodied rifle. Lonex compression parts and gearboxes are great even at the lower end models.
  2. No idea on value, but you should fill the new ones up with gas to confirm they actually hold gas, as it will affect value.
  3. It was worth it when the prices were £200, not £300. Go G&P/VFC
  4. I had the M16A3/M203 E&C one. I felt the externals were... Okay. But nothing special. Metal was fairly lightweight and the finish was easily scratched. I think G&P did them better if you wanted decent externals.

    WE M9

Is it your first double action trigger pistol? They all tend to feel like having a long trigger. The WE is pretty bad on gas efficiency, I doubt a different mag would make much difference. Make sure you clean and lube the slide as best you can.
  6. Considering the miniscule size of packed down Windrunners I had no problem this time. But my Warsaw/Tel Aviv/Madrid trip is 12 days being done with just carry on luggage. Real struggle to get my new trousers and UBACS in as it is. I basically bought all their DNC stuff in the shop bar the really expensive climate jacket.
  7. The UBACs is a brand new release from Helikon. Not surprised.
  8. Got me some Kickass DNC in Warsaw Poland for my buddies and myself last weekend, Helikon make a great range, you'll never see it in the UK though. Israeli customs pulled me aside wondering what the hell I was doing bringing them into the country a few days ago. I imagine getting to Madrid it won't be so bad ..
  9. I love visiting Poland, to find a shop with my exact size DNC UBACS and Trousers and the exact size DNC Windrunners for my bestest battle buds. Sadly couldn't find any Maskpol Mapa Boonies and BDU jacket. But you can't have it all!
  10. You asked us for opinions, but when given you're immediately actively trying to disregard them? You seem to already have your heart set on it, so why bother asking? Are you a shill for Vorsk? It doesn't ALL come down to "How you care for it" It actually mostly comes down to "How shoddily made it is".

Hello all. I have this Army Armament R27 Pistol. I purchased it with the intention of using as an upgrading platform, but I have slowly decided to exit the hobby (Bar a few rifles and pistols). It's a stock Army Armament pistol which I bought brand new and has never been skirmished. I have cleaned the pistol, installed a Maple Leaf Hop rubber and re-lubed it where needed. It has some manufacturing marks which are hard to pick up on the camera. This does not include a mag, but is compatible with my TM 1911 mags as well as the stock AA ones. Price includes tracked postage.

  12. You cannot purchase a RIF yourself as you do not have a valid defence, so no you cannot give him a RIF. But you could buy him a two toned airsoft gun (IF) if you are 18+ and gift him that.
  13. Mine easily hits out at 50M+ Regardless of temps. Having said that the biggest upgrade is the tensioner. The bucking and barrel went in because I had them lying around which gave it a power increase.

Hey folks. Up for sale is this nice example of a PTS PDR-C with the original (but tatty) Box and paperwork. The RIF has light usage marks on the rubber buttpad and receiver. Includes the official PTS Battery Extension as well as the original battery cover and Short style mag. Includes the following quality of life upgrades. PTS Magpul PDR-C - 340FPS PTS Battery extension Perun mosfet Rocket 16TPA Vented Motor Rocket 16:1 Gearset Krytac 4 Metal tooth piston Krytac Cylinder Head Bizarrely for an Ares hop unit and stock barrel, this rifle really flings out on .28 and .3. one of my rangiest rifles despite the size. It has been shimmed perfectly, built for efficient use of a 7.4v lipo, snappy trigger response and the ROF is very respectable (But not speedyboi ridiculous). These are getting pretty scarce and haven't been produced in some time. Price includes postage, no offers or trades ta. Here is a video of it firing.

  18. So Teams are for the most part not a thing in Airsoft. More like loose groups of friends that form naturally through regular play at the same site. It is also highly unlikely that any established "Team" that you're thinking of will take on a complete newbie. It's very common for people to go on their own at first and gain friends by becoming a regular.
  19. Ahem... Searched for '"Se Tour Review:"' in Topics (airsoft-forums.uk) About half these were done on public transport. You just have to be committed to getting up early and not mind 1 hour walking transfers 🙂
  20. I feel that SRC gets a bad rep for it's cheaper lines. However like many other brands it does have it's good and (admittedly mostly) bad products. The V3 Gen 3 SRC Gearbox is genuinely very solid, the stock SRC Magnatar motor is a very very good motor and I still snap them up these days. SRC were the first brand to make a genuine stamped steel MP5 AEG which is very good quality (Not to be confused with the cheaper models). The one thing I would accuse SRC of is complacency, they have fallen behind most of the competition when it comes to modern features on their entire range.
  21. Heya. Is it possible that we can make it completely obvious when an item has been sold? I keep getting contacted almost once a week by new users who are unaware that "Completed" means it's probably sold, on stuff I have had for sale some time ago. Cheers. R

  23. Private land means nothing when you are intending to break the law. Just because you are 40 makes no difference in the eyes of the law. If (And I am aware its a big if) you're caught doing it and is publicised by the media, it will only mean trouble for Airsoft as a whole in the UK. I will not be an accomplice to helping you try and create a section 5 firearm and I urge other people here to not help you either. Get an Airgun instead as it's far more suitable for what you're doing and more importantly legal.
  24. Strong FPS and 11.1v compatibility does not exist with AEPs. They almost always do 230 FPS and use 7.2v lipos at most. Limitations of the platform. If you want what you want electric, get a small MP5K rifle.
