Just began the laborious process of making the site reviews a bit clearer, adding contact details and changing from a Positive/Negative rating to Good/Average/Bad. On site shop ratings are being changed on some reviews as the average shop was smaller then I thought. Also need to make things a bit standardised as there is a marked difference between the early reviews to the last few months.
