I also have a visionking x1.5-x6 one going on 4+ years and it works perfect for £70 I paid for it.
I did not go for the short dot version as I wanted wider FOV.
 

So this sort of twattery occurs when you have too much time on your hands... turning a pallet into a backstop for my garden test shoots

  
 
The cunning plan was to cut strips of an old yoga mat and suspend them from a bar to absorb the hits and ensure there aren't BB's bouncing noisily off the fence (which might annoy the neighbours).
Also would stop the BB's bouncing back on to the lawn (which might annoy m'wife).   You can see previous evidence of my misdemeanors in the photos

Unfortunately it wasn't all that cunning... the yoga mat wasn't really big enough to provide enough strips to overlap well, so I added the camo netting doubled over, front and back (which was originally intended just for the front, just for effect).  That really didn't do much except tangle up the strips and probably get in the way of them hanging straight.  
So BB's are going all the way through to the last layer of defence, some old under-flooring insulation (a very frangible fibreboard).   Eventually they'll get through that too, given how the concentrated bursts are grouping so nicely.
 
Any good ideas on what else I can do (cheaply!) to improve this?   I could get another cheapo mat and just add extra strips, if you guys think the original plan was good enough?

They finally had the assault panel, radio wings & 3 mag pouch in stock at the same time so I had to buy them.

Made a bracket out of aluminium for the 203 to fit on the MWS barrel

Got my AKX. Generally happy with it. It’s hot on Green gas and the stock hop unit struggles with anything over 0.25s.
 
I’ve fitted a Bavtac nub and a nineball air seal hop rubber, I’m now flinging 0.28s dead straight with the hop on its lowest setting.
 
im waiting on a volante full travel bolt and a TBB.
 
currently my AKX doesn’t have the hammer strength to depress the exit valve of my G&P mags using Nuprol 2.0. So I need to figure out how to solve that.
 
I suspect the easiest solution will be to change a spring in the trigger box. But I haven’t looked yet. Alternative is to fit OEM Marui exit valves… which I haven’t been able to source.

Got a MCTP balacarler that sort goes with pencott headgear, I did not want to spend £30+ on GZ one where MCTP is £3 lol.

Decided that after a couple of glasses of Shiraz last night, it was a good idea to try on my mix up of DNC with Tiger under an OD rig

I just got my first MWS today! Picked it up a second-hand MWS CQBR M4 with a few mags at a decent price. 
First thing off the bat, it’s beautiful, and all the mags are leak free. 
 

 
A few strange things I’ve noticed, and I wonder if it’s normal or needs attention. 
 
1. The bolt makes this pinging noise when dropped / shot, almost like a spring inside is moving around.
2. The upper and lower receiver has a gap between the two parts. The gap is large enough to look through and wobble around in the hand.
     I watched Oil's video on using a hair band to fix it, but is there a more long-term solution?

Sadly we all know that if this wasn't an april fools it'd still end up being a Raven 1911 with some wonky trades sold for a ridiculous price in a really nice box.

Thought I can’t go wrong with a TM. I’m still fairly new to airsoft so not one for tinkering/upgrading yet (only additional purchase was a couple of extra mags, I fancy a small torch for the lower rail at some point in the future). Hopefully the USP is as reliable as it needs to be! First outing will be next weekend. 

A Flatline Fibre Mini Dump Pouch.  It attaches under a molle pouch so you can save space on the belt.

UKARA finally sorted and tri-shot spring shotgun arrived   Looks pretty snazzy, pump feels pretty stiff.  I'll give it a little test later on today in the garden, hopefully it's somewhat accurate.  Looking forward to taking it out on Sunday.

Used it on the barrel and stock tube with zero problems. 

Couple more of my matching(ish) pairs.

First up is my Samson B-TM with a Ruger MK4 style AAP. 
 
And then a recent one that I think is finished now, a G&P WA system Semi only SR15 and Airsoft Masterpiece Infinity 2011. The SR15 handles beautifully and the old school roller bolt makes a glorious noise! Yes, I’m aware it’s got a MP5 mag in it… necessary evil for us Sodastream Ghostbuster players

After 3 days without eating and sleeping, here is my fully Zenitco-ed GHK AK74 with full steel internals and steel barrel. Eveything upgradable is upgraded. Parts list will be too long.
Weighs a ton. Almost like the real thing. Barrel is a pain in the arse to change btw

I finished this Umarex Buntline yesterday, after being a little underwhelmed with a KTW Winchester and acquiring a stock cheaply. 
 
Turns out the stock is from a Colt SAA 2nd generation, what they put with the actual branded buntlines in 1957. 
 
Barrel made from aluminium with brass internally, and a tanaka ejector. Assembles and disassembles as it was designed. 
 
Shooting at 0.9 joules and hops 0.32s on a flat trajectory at 40m, the limit of my garden. Probably a realistic 55m but the bbs will be travelling pretty slowly by then.
 
Hammer mod to make the hammer sit more flush with the frame. 
 
Bottom one is also hopped but for 0.25s.
 
 
 
 

MTW's are absolutely incredible for the money. Really nice build quality and excellent performance. They're so good I'm even selling my SRS at the moment as they essentially have the same range.
