  1. Hobby show is on the 12+13th so will probably get an official launch then. Looks good if it can do GBBR mags without too much drama
  2. Zero one closing down sale now at 50%. A bit slim pickings, but some ammo is included.
  3. They're harder to come by, but CQB in bigger areas. Such as old schools and factories, rather than a series of 90 degree bends and 2x2m interconnecting rooms. Longer lines of sight, multiple access points and so on. Going back a bit, Beaconsfield had a badger tac sight which was an old academy and was great as it was classrooms, presentation rooms, and old bar and stuff. Too bad the landlord moved up the redevelopment plans.
  4. This has to be a record. 3x the RRP of (as the advert reads) of an Ares Stalker https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/spring-powered_2/bolt-action-sniper_i68147 and the same person asking 2.5x for a broken gas shotty https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/gas-powered_1/gas-powered-pump-action-shotgun_i68149
  5. 2 is one and 1 is none. So if you have an AK, you technically have none.
  6. Considering what's going on inside him, he looks really good.
  7. https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/electric-powered/full-uksf-kit_i67217 Has he just listed everything at rrp?
  8. I love the fact that airsoft as a whole had perfectly good batteries, then moved to something a lot more complicated (and potentially flammable), then decided to stop there.
  9. I can kinda see it working. It works for places like Eagle 6 and KOA. If they make it a one-stop-shop for TM products, both AEG, NGRS, propane and propane accessories - and be a bit cheaper and quicker than the rest of the UK, then TM fanboys and girls like myself will shop there.
  10. TM NGRS AK's - unless they're the 3rd gen ones of the AK storm and 74 ( i think), they are just EBB basically. But they are fun. So its the usual pro's/con's as with any TM - low power out the box vs well made etc.
  11. Beat me to it. Comes with 3 spare mages (4 in total) which makes it a bit less expensive. But still a lot of money no matter what way you cut it
  12. https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/electric-powered/job-lot-of-things-read-description_i66092 For an advert title that says "Read description", I just... i... If some people had a single braincell, they would be deemed a danger to themselves and others.
  13. Half eaten tesco sandwich, got it with some meat and maybe some cheese. Open to trades as long as it's a 14 bed country house

    VFC M249 Thread

I did a small order and found these https://www.bullseyecountrysport.co.uk/viper-tactical-express-utility-pouch-large-22852-p.asp are just a bit too small for the box mag, but with a squeeze can hold 4 stick mags in the internal pocket. If i got my 3d printer working, you could probably print something to keep them more rigid and upright. These pouches https://www.bullseyecountrysport.co.uk/mil-tec-molle-belt-pouch-large-utility-23514-p.asp fit a box mag very snug. Might need a bit of breaking in. But they too also hold the stick mags

Yeah the stanag was tight to get in, but ok. The box mags just popped out after the shortest of bursts. So I ordered the mag port and heat shield. I will try it out this weekend once i work out how im storing mags and the spare box-gas mag.

Cheers, someone on discord also helped. God, that's a little bugger to get on and off without swearing. Anhoo, its done. Amazing how such a small difference changes it from an expensive paperweight to usable.

SO mag port door arrived yesterday. Is it just a pin punch out to swap them?
  18. I can see why SB launched this - a nice compact aeg to sit along side the T41/SRS/HTI. IF (and its a big IF) this works, it could be the start of decent bullpup aeg's again.
  19. Forums to facebook to discord back to forums.
  20. Despite not going back to japan for the next few years at least - i did do a cheeky order for £750 worth of yen when it was around 205.
  21. Waited about 20 years for these to be re-issued. Too bad they've shot up in price. ANd what the hell is Windy black?

  22. You can buy from TM directly, but only in person - and i think they might have stopped doing that. Impulse101 is a well known JP based shop that is used to dealing with overseas customers.
  23. Some of the higher end metal slides are still super snappy. I have a detonator CNC slide on a HK45 and it's still just as good as the plastic despite the extra weight.

    THE TM MWS thread

First time using my MWS in anger this weekend, with the DE as a back up. MWS worked great, until the end of the day when it wouldn't cycle on semi. Opened it up, everything looked ok, and then it worked about 95% of the time, so maybe a clean of the trigger box is in order. The DE worked ok, but again wouldn't cycle every so often. Most annoyingly, i fired off 10 rounds to test, worked fine. 30 seconds later, get the drop on someone, aim and *click*, nothing. Go to respawn and low and behold, it worked perfectly again. I think it might need some shimming in the magwell.
