  1. firesupport wouldnt sell them if no use I guess do wish though sometimes they would add few more details so no googling!
  2. eeer depends what the temp is on the day at moment, id say maybe another layer, but everyone is different and the carriers do keep in some heat....and how hard you move on day sat im aiming for Tshirt/ubacs/901 rig.....but moving around so wont be cold....better to be cold during safety breifing then you'll be fine during the game.....(someone else said that on here once)
  3. shame its not in tan....or is it, ive not looked in depth yet as just got on here! haha is the bob stuff any good for goggles?, still tempted by the basic des loc fans....although FMA have a set now, similar to smiths lens (but needs cutting to fit) had similar issues, normal day in October, V12s were fine, in December, used both the rev ants and V12s and drips more than fog...have now removed foam so will see how Saturdays game goes..... but it is time to invest I think for a better game experience
  4. oh well so revisions then,,,,could justify the clear only ones.... see FMA have a 'fan goggle', but not sure on them, seen videos and the 'lens' marks after various point blank to 6ish feet away shots....depending which video you watch.....maybe one day cheaper version with better lens will arive?....
  5. Don't worry, that's happened to me, ask Trig, sent him a PM and it was empty!....like my wallet after recent purchase really annoyed my daughter has her party that weekend ....still N v S I'm hoping will be fine
  6. Helikon stuff Is great, I wear the SFU trousers generally day to day and the odd skirmish as well as CPU stuff. I have a set of black bdus and find them a lot more on the baggy side than sfu style Excuse errors, on phone at work!!

They're not specifically designed for airsoft, so they put that in there as a "cover their arses" type statement. There's no worry of a small plastic bb coming your way on deployment in a war zone :) ESS say the same thing about their NVG goggles unless you buy the airsoft version. The only difference being that there's a plastic clip (cortex clip) that covers the air vents to stop a bb getting through!

its just an insurance thing, if some one does lose their eye to a bb they don't wont to be held accountable

  17. welcome, we may come across grumpy at times but we don't bite!! as mentioned (would love to link but computer says no!) have a read of the 2nd stuck topic in here, it links to others that will help you on your mission apart from basics, eye pro, face pro, eye pro, boots and eye pro. etc.......don't become a sniper straight away, at least give it a while playing games, test hire guns first to get a feel for what you want, try to avoid 2 tone, just wait to get on the ukara (or kumara as auto spellcheck put it ) database (its not a license ) and then get what you want with no colour! and use the search function....or try it in Google! and lastly, enjoy!
  18. wife is out, kids in bed....what am i doing....'molling' up a chest rig! haha

  20. oh well more reading then hahaha , ive been hunting a pair of revs turbos in tan, everywhere seems to be black only now but still not sure what's the better brand at the end of the day. I think its time to invest a bit more soon as last fogging issues kinda ruined my afternoon and became frustrating
  21. a list would be useful as I often wonder, but i guess even what works with one gun may not make with another of the same make. When i got my CXPUK1, i just got a box of the ICS 45 & 180 rnd mags, not had any trouble.......that i know of with my very limited experience
  22. SA tax paid, car tax paid.....oooops bought an ICS M4.....
