Thoughts on YT channel Negative Airsoft
Oneshotscott replied to BigBell1987's topic in General Discussion
My thoughts on negative airsoft. The information that is delivered is clear, concise, has some humour and is entertaining. His enthusiasm for his hobby/job is clear and his opinion on brands and parts etc appear truthful. I appreciate the content and I wish him the best on continuing. -
New camo - Kreuzotter from Novritch
Oneshotscott replied to Enid_Puceflange's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
The invader gear multicam kit faded after 10 washes. I washed the them as instructed on labels. Maybe a qc/batch issue. I dyed mine with a mild brown in the end. Structure wise they're flawless. By the speed novs site adds new product, I expect a tactical wash detergent anytime soon. -
Have not read the entire 3 pages but the answer is simple and should be universal. ALL PLAYERS IRRELEVANT OF ROLE SHOULD WEAR ARM BAND ON UPPER ARM SO THAT IT IS CLEARLY VISIBLE. If "snipers" hide it on ankle area then they are simply shit at sniping and will be shot at by both teams as a result. Comes down to the sites to have any common sense to apply rules mind.

meanwhile, somewhere in Austria...... super duper engineer :ponders to himself....'man , I wish I could make something like that...'. "hey, We could use that as our USP on the new ssx3000sTi." nov :"ya, but don't you think it'll get annoying and have no real advantage over any normal pistol?" nov marketing : "chris, the memes gone viral and has over 30.5M views and shares and has comments like 'this is so cool', it has legs and WILL make you more money and make you even more COOL" nov: "well what the f**k are you waiting for?" disclaimer : light hearted fun. I own a lot of novritsch products (incl RIF'S) and I cannot fault any of them.

Decided to have a clearing of stuff. This is/was my first and I used it a lot but just over 12 months ago it started to show signs of wear. When switching between semi/auto it would sometimes lock up which when I switched back to auto it would fire again.. I had a look in the gearbox expecting gears to be completely worn but they didn't look very worn at all. I cleaned the box, applied little grease and re-assembled and it worked for 2-4 games fine then the same problem showed its head so I bought a new RIF and stowed this in the loft with the intention to fully repair at a later date. I have also removed the rear parts from the butt stock as I managed to lose the same bits from my new RIF on its first outing. main points below: This was a TWO-TONE from new, I did the honourable thing. This is to be sold as "SPARES AND REPAIRS" parts to rear of butt stock missing new g&g blue hop rubber installed (swapped from new rif) mad bull 6.03 stainless steel inner barrel comes with original G&G red dot/high cap comes with g&g front grip / rail ladders comes in original box, with unjamming rod, manuals etc. collection preferred however I am open to posting which can be arranged. location: Penrith If anyone has any q's please send a DM and il endeavour to respond within 24hrs.£80

Just post it. Don't ask for permission or authorisation from the forum. If you want to share something with the intention to help others then why would you not? Good on you BTW for taking the time to do this for the few that do.

Getting stuff out of Russia. Bullgear etc
Oneshotscott replied to Groot's topic in General Discussion
I cycle to work and we have been using our log burner for years (we have too much kiln dried wood). Regards food: my home is 100% electric (latest outdoor heat pump) and solar panels to 'top' it off. Yes the car does get used (100 miles a week max) and guess what, its an eco car (70 mpg/£0 Road tax). Good return shot but you missed. Honestly, just buy your kit from Russia. Buy as much as you can. 👍😉 -

Oneshotscott replied to Groot's topic in General Discussion
If a percentage of the money you pay for goods will be used for putins war i think you need to have a quiet word with your self. I would not advise you purchase anything from Russia purely based on common sense. Bleed the fuckers dry. -
Stick something in the mag insert(sponge), tape the sight lenses and any numbering on scope elevation etc, bit of spong on front of barrel. Extend the stock and grab the mags you intend to use as these may as well be painted. As for painting... You sound like you're well versed. +1 for krylon matt.

*acceptable - depends on your views. I can't find any information on whether any sales from this will be donated to ukraine but if so, that would be a great move. Not forgetting those bb's, especially the yellow ones that we normally associate colour with the 0.2g ultra wank freebies with again, wank RIFs.

he should have sold it incl PayPal fees for the price advertised.

What do you consider a fair price for a skirmish
Oneshotscott replied to wicksy101's topic in General Discussion
£18 walk on at adrenalin, £10 for members with No food (option to purchase after safety briefing). I think this is great value for a site of its size and the construction work. I looked on playairsoft yesterday to see what sites are in the south Yorkshire area (visiting) and the majority are asking for £30 walk on. I would be happy to pay between £1-30 for a std skirmish. -
Best delivered-to-door 2.32J spring sniper for non poors?
Oneshotscott replied to Rogerborg's topic in Single Action Guns
If mila kunis said that to me I'd remortgage to ensure she gets what she wanted, as would I. But seriously, Ssg10 a1 or A3. Other platforms require parts and/or mods. -
"Bang" out of order if you ask me.

I have both the nuprol large and extra large cases. The image is of the large case which Ive thrown in the Ssg10, mk23 and mags etc. With careful placement I could see your pews fitting. Ive thrown the sr15, 12 mags, speedloader, 2 x bfgs, battery box and bfg blanks in the other extra large case. This case is huge. Note the only difference is the length, so I'd layout your intended kit on the floor, get some tape and mark out the dimensions for the 2 x sizes of case and see what fits. Both cases are well protective of the contents and for the price are value. They're not super rigid/ throw out of the back of a c130 kind of case but they're good enough for airsoft.

I admire the op for bringing up "kit for ukraine" but il agree with others that ukraine needs medical supplies and other assistance for the civilians who are now in a situation which is desperately in need. Instead of sending airsoft vests/kit, sell it and in the advert make it clear the monies raised will be donated to a much needed charity/organisation to assist ukraine. You'll feel better for doing this than sending a plate carrier(without actual plates-wtf?)/toy helmet/other toy equipment. They need the whole world to play their part, we can too. 👍

I'd rather shag a bag of nettles than to read the political tripe above (if you want to talk politics regards the Russian /Ukraine conflict, then make a thread in the "off topic" section). so back to the original topic... Russian kit yay or nay? I say sure. Why not. It's not like people are barred from wearing the uniform of enemy forces is it? How many taliban/German /Vietnamese dressed players have you seen? I've seen lots. It's not like the uniform someone wears means that they support the country or military behind it. Wear what you want. Have fun. Airsoft is a simple game to play unless you're a jumped up walt/nobber/General bellend. Don't spoil it.

Don't ridicule them for doing their job when you made the mistake /error yourself. Keeping knives out of the hands of wierd people with intentions to do harm should be welcomed. Stop moaning. -
Because being a member of an airsoft forum is not airsoft.

Regular UK Armed Forces Impression Kit (Infantry)
Oneshotscott replied to tomtical's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
Devils advocate: Maybe this person can't join up for reasons beyond their control (medical grounds, disabilities or age for instance) but wishes to live out this fantasy in the nearest way possible. I say go for it, dress up. If you felt obligated to do so you could explain to those who look concerned/disgruntled as to why you're in the attire you've chosen. Show them your best "war face" and kill them all. Live your dream. Enjoy it and have fun. Just don't wear medals, take the role too seriously or use corps/regiment/branch slang/try to pass off as a genuine. Its not like you're walking around in public like this (which is wrong and would bring your integrity, morales and respect into question). Oh, almost forgot......take your hits.
