    From what I can see online the NGRS guns don't have the same easily breakable tabs as the old AEGs. I think they've put a load of random parts together in the hope they can sell it to some poor unsuspecting person who doesn't know better

    It says "M4A1 Carbine" on the lower receiver so along with mentioning EBB, I'd guess it's based off some TM M4 NGRS with an extended outer barrel. Who knows where the handguard is from?

    Agreed. Unfortunately that would involve common sense and a government willing to actually plan further ahead than the next 4-5 years. Add to that a large chunk of the voting public seeing anything that involves spending money as an increase in taxes and you get the shit show we're in now

    To be fair selector markings are common place on all AK’s, even from factory. However the scuff on the bolt handle and the scratches on the selector switch itself, less new the more you look 😂

    I'd be interested in the sa80... As for the m249. It's an A&K mk2 with a para stock fitted. Gas block gives that away. Classic army are a weird grey colour. A&K is bright. Like a realy odd light yellow/gold colour.

    Or ideally a government could actually commit to the hard yards of figuring out why knife crime is a thing amongst certain age groups and start tackling the underlying causes as well as actually using existing legislation to make being caught wit a knife or using one not worth it.

    Unfortunately (as a former suffolk resident) you're in a bit of a black hole for that sort of stuff. My advice would be to send it away or don't bother, as any changes are unlikely to actually improve things.

    Yeah, but they're not period-correct. The only reason for this kit is for Vietnam games, so if I can be period correct, I will be. My more modern LBE uses double .308 mag pouches, which hold 2x .308 mags or 3x ar-15 mags. I don't think I'd do an ALICE belt setup, purely because I've got my m56 webbing for old style, and a molle system built off a Warrior Assault Systems PLB belt + harness for a more modern style LBE.
