Finally done (until trigger set dies)

Full internal upgrade bar trigger set.
Hopping .45s a long way, straight and true.

Ready for first outing in anger this weekend at The Base.

Only thing left is to spray the inside of the front lens cap. Slight oversight last night but easily fixed.
Also perhaps a smiley face on the outside cap to face me when open.

Cheers

Bet the bipod comes off after your first game out with it.

This a bet you will sadly lose :)

I ran my last Gspec for 2 years in this setup and the Bipod was used loads :)

Now, I quite expect it to break off and force me to bond the front lug into the plastic. This happened on the last one

Although i took the gun out on the weekend, I didn't get to use it.

After putting in the AA Hop, it was kicking out 520fps on 0.2s up from 480fps.

Then when chrono'd on .45 it was kicking, out still using .2's at the reference base 560.

Then, while cutting down the spring, it got upset and the stock TM Trigger set with upgraded 45' sheer, exploded and that was it for the day.

I am happy with how cheaply i managed to find a replacement, since all the airsoft pro sets are non existent until the V5 arrives later this year.

Sorry to hear that it betrayed you, better luck next time.

Honestly glad.

I always felt dirty running a fully upgraded gun with stock trigger and .. it was 45'... YUCK!

I now have a softer spring and more slidy slide!

Kicking Mustang here i come

fully upgraded gun

I'm puzzled by why bolt actions come with 45-degree trigger groups in the first place.  It doesn't seem like 90-degree is more complicated.

Actually, Nobritsch's SSG-10 trigger looks even simpler and more robust.  I can't wait for that to be cloned. ;)

Which was *nothing to do with the spring being cut*.

Just thought I'd clarify that.

Still, the 150 is a better choice anyway. Hopefully less twangy as well.

Just to double clarify, I am still super grateful for all your help :)

Honestly I am glad it went. I had planned to do this anyway and it will be a much easier pull with a 90' and a softer spring.
