FulcrumAirsoft designs a few different 3D printed grenades that use them. I have use them in his "comet" projectile design.

How you getting on? i am considering using Alu tubing for barrel and magazine.

Are you both going for a working multiple shell grenade launcher (like the real thing) or a single shot mock-up ?

STLs i bought are for a fully functional pump action.

Excuse my ignorance if im wrong, I haven't used 40mm gas shells for probably 20 years, but back then I remember they were quite temperamental, & prone to go off if not handled with "kid gloves", has that design issue improved enough to handle being racked in a pump system ?
