Tezza211 Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 Hey guys looking for a smg for cqb sites so in your opinion what's the best/nicest to own out there
Supporters ImTriggerHappy Posted August 27, 2015 Supporters Posted August 27, 2015 Tm mp7 gbb Ics Mp5 Krytac PDW Not necessarily SMGs exactly but best cqb guns in my opinion. Monty 1
Supporters Monty Posted August 27, 2015 Supporters Posted August 27, 2015 There's lots, some of these aren't really smg's but are certainly nice. The rare VFC PDW Tokyo Marui MP7 AEP/GBB KWA MP9 KSC Mac 11 Real Sword Type 97B Krytac PDW Classic Army MP5's G&G P90, F2000, MP5's ICS L85 Tokyo Marui Uzi (if you can find one.) G&P shotguns (laughable prices but perform incredibly well.) LCT shortie AK's.. I'll stop.
MrMcG Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 Kriss vector G&G UMG M4 CCR I use these for cqb and consider them SMG size
Colonel Kurtz Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 I wuv my MP7 (electric), i find myself using it more than my stubby M4 or P90 for CQB
BlackBlur Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 I have a GSG 522 (mp5) and it kicks ass. Have had no problems with it at all!
Happy Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 Depends massively on personal preference really. Out of everything I've owned/fired then it has to be my GBB Vz61 Skorpion from KWA/KSC. Shoots around 290-300 fps on green gas, is as compact as a regular pistol, laser accurate once the hop has been dialed in correctly and is very sturdy. Also it's rarely seen at most skirmish sites (most people opt for the AEP models) so you've got that added "uniqueness" factor. Downsides though are the lack of aftermarket parts, mags aren't cheap and neither is green gas itself (unless you buy propane to power it). For electric guns then I'd say the ICS MP5 is a pretty good bet out of the box. Compact, decent trigger response and can hold it's own in woodland if you need it to. Again this is just from guns I've owned or fired personally.
Bottledtorment Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 Sounds stupid but I run solely with a MK18 M4 and it corners exquisitely. They were designed for working in tighter spaces. Failing that an M4 patriot is a good shout.
Tezza211 Posted August 28, 2015 Author Posted August 28, 2015 I run a we msk full length and it's a long rifle bit dodgy for small rooms as we have a maze lol
Supporters Sitting Duck Posted August 28, 2015 Supporters Posted August 28, 2015 mp5k - cyma over my crappy Galaxy one or Fire Hawk (not HC05), stubby or crane stock perhaps over stock tube (yeah not a smg but wtf its small & easy mags) or compact 74 with folding stock perhaps........ grab a pistol & BFG -reckon that will do most peeps (shotgun maybe as backup weapon for the loadout whores out there)
