clumpyedge Posted March 5, 2014 Author Posted March 5, 2014 As said above, Parcelforce, UPS, Royal Mail are the ones to go for. when posted royal mail do you declare its an airsoft gun?
Supporters jcheeseright Posted March 5, 2014 Supporters Posted March 5, 2014 nope, it's none of their business what's in the parcel, when asked I always reply with 'nothing that's on your prohibited list'.
hilander Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 nope, it's none of their business what's in the parcel, when asked I always reply with 'nothing that's on your prohibited list'. SO WRONG !!
Supporters Del Monty Posted March 5, 2014 Supporters Posted March 5, 2014 when posted royal mail do you declare its an airsoft gun? Only if not sending a rif in its original box, then I pit 'airsoft toy' upon the box, otherwise no I put nothing.
Nickona Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 Whatever you do, do NOT send via myhermes.. they managed to snap my Galil receiver in two by dropping something on the box!
Supporters Airsoft-Ed Posted March 5, 2014 Supporters Posted March 5, 2014 Royal Mail actually do allow the postage of RIFs but it has to be via special delivery.I've always used ParcelForce via my local Post Office and never had any issues.
Mike1971 Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 I use parcels2go.com they check the prices for most delivery services including Royal Mail.
