I've sent RIF's via TNT without any issues.

As said above, Parcelforce, UPS, Royal Mail are the ones to go for.

nope, it's none of their business what's in the parcel, when asked I always reply with 'nothing that's on your prohibited list'.

when posted royal mail do you declare its an airsoft gun?

Only if not sending a rif in its original box, then I pit 'airsoft toy' upon the box, otherwise no I put nothing.

Whatever you do, do NOT send via myhermes.. they managed to snap my Galil receiver in two by dropping something on the box!

Royal Mail actually do allow the postage of RIFs but it has to be via special delivery.

I've always used ParcelForce via my local Post Office and never had any issues.

I use parcels2go.com they check the prices for most delivery services including Royal Mail.
