no matter what you do in life, your passing out parade with be one of the proudest days of your life. that one day tells you that you have achieved what most people cant or wont achieve in many cases (possibly most), that instant bond and respect will become evident throughout life and that includes after service. you will meet other ex forces and there is an instant mutual respect and often friendships formed on that basis alone. being a soldier becomes your nature and even when you give up the right to the job title, you may never give up the nature which is no bad thing of course you will meet some tossers who served but you will always meet tossers. just ignore them

that price was based on the price I paid for extra capsules over the counter. I know ebay is a little cheaper but I didn't know amazon sold them. I stopped using amazon about 6 years ago
-
simple question: can a CO2 pistol use gas instead of capsules? obviously this would require different mags but I think I am going to like my latest purchase. 70p per capsule is going to restrict its use though so is there an alternative?

was it successful? I would travel for a longer event but not for a single day

I know there are milsim days but I am not keen on the current practice from what I have so far picked up on them. It sounds like a normal game day minus the safezone which doesn't sound very realistic. I was talking about upscaling that on facebook last night. 24 to 30 hours in the field which means cooking, sleeping, guard roster etc etc etc while 2 or more teams have their own objectives to complete within that time limit. During a game you know when your team is attacking OR defending so the only question is which direction. Change that to your team is attacking AND defending (as is every team) so you now need to factor in splitting the team into roles and nobody has any idea when an attack is likely to take place. Assuming your base is on someone's else's list of objectives of course. You wouldn't know where each team base is and it may be that team has to pick a site themselves to set up a base. would anyone be interested in something like this?

I now have 5 mags each holding 32 rounds for my desert eagle and its semi or full auto. Add a small bag of ammo in my pocket and I could be good to go. The mags are very slim so 3 on the holster plus 2 in a pocket and I don't need anything else. last time I ran around with my G3 and only 1 mag with 420 rounds. The springer was my back up and that holds 110 rounds in 1 mag which I never used in game. Since this week I have 2 new pistols to try out, the rifle will be staying in the car for at least 1 game

Problem fitting Suppressor to an AK. Help!

never leave home without a roll Cropzy lol I do actually have a roll in my newly put together airsoft toolbag -
how do you carry them in game? i dont know how susceptible they are to bb hits so i am not sure about belts or arm bands designed for them but i dont want them loose in a pocket either
-
-
it loads from near the bottom but the manual says spray the top ie the first bb to be fired. i have never been told to do this before
-
the instruction manual with the CO2 pistol says i should load the mag with a speed loader (not from the top) then spray a little oil on the first bb. i have never heard of this before although i suppose it would lubricate whatever the bb passes into follow this or ignore it?
-
the site i use is bio only too so i buy from them although they do offer both .20 or .30. i havent tried .30 but i am considering it for the G3 although i am not sure what kind of difference it will make at its current 270fps or after its upgraded to 330 fps .20 will do for the pistols, especially the desert eagle (the only one with auto)

anti fog solution 10 x CO2 canisters spare mag j cloth long rod 1911 lawman CO2 pistol G&G adapter to fit a suppressor to my TM G3 -
that is exactly what i was told by the previous owner and the same thing airsoftworld said. spare batteries are useless since it is not a straight swap due to the wires being spliced but it should last all day anyway. even if i do drain it, i will have a springer to back it up and i am now looking for a GBB to give me a choice of all 3
-
i may be stuck with blowback but i can always disable it apparently http://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/airsoft-weapons-c38/electric-rifles-c45/l85-a1-with-blowback-p1502 i realise the picture is L85A2 but they have both versions on their website
-
i dont want an A2 or blowback. bog standard AEG to use as a main weapon with a choice of GBB, AEP or springer as back up weapon. the L85A1 is to go with my loadout which is what i was equipped with. i never used the L85A2 (which is just a modified L85A1) so i dont want one

airsoftworld recommended avoiding G&G due to gearbox issues and told me to get the ICS version landwarrior recommend against the ICS which way should i go?

i bought this yesterday Ian. to replace the one i bought on tuesday which is only 230 or 430 lumens but very similiar design http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/351066334238?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&var=620293710378&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I did that but what about the other 3 that I bought today? I nearly bought 6 but I controlled myself and changed it back

i can get them on ebay. i have 2 now and i am looking at another 3 but even that is only 160 shots. then i would need to reload them all before the next game. not really an issue with woodland but i want to try CQB when the new site opens. the G3 is probably too big for that so it looks like the desert eagle with M1911 as back up
-
I watched 2 reviews on my newly purchased CYMA desert eagle. The first said don't use a speed loader the second recommended it. Which way do I go? Manual loading would be a pain mid game but I don't want to damage my mags also, are there variants of this gun or are CM121 mags the ones I want to order?
-
I don't like chest rigs and I don't have enough kit to wear webbing so pockets store everything I need which will now include spare mags. The springer holds 110 bbs which is plenty. The desert eagle mags hold 32 and that is never going to last with auto/semi auto. I doubt I will manage to carry them securely in a pouch anyway. The mags are very slim
-
leg holster strapped securely as high up as possible. The downside is that they block my pockets. I may need to crossdraw now that I have 2 pistols and both holsters are for the right leg
