  1. If you want an M4 then get one of these perhaps? http://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/marui-recoil-m4a1-socom-airsoft-gun-ebb-aeg Having fired one of the AK rifles of the series I highly recommend them for the fun factor alone
  2. Not used the site, but that package is a bargain. Only thing I'd replace would be the face mask since they're not too comfortable.
  3. Decent for £60? Any clone trishot would be all you could get new. Like someone's said before - secondhand would be your only choice but you're not likely to get much since £20 would make up the postage costs meaning you have £40 left to get the gun, mags, gas/batteries, etc.
  4. Still really want one, but until their legality is confirmed I'm staying well clear of buying one
  5. Loved it, the kill at 55 seconds especially haha
  6. Talk about timing! New scoped arrived just as I finished spraying the last layer of protective lacquer on my sniper after it's new paint job. Couple of hours drying out later and here's the result:
  7. Seen it before, still looks great though Ian. I'm going to wait to see what shade I get sent before I start buying dye, but I may end up doing the same.
  8. Good to hear you got the rifles wih no issue mate.
  9. NCS 2.5x30 Scope with mounting rings. Bottle of 1200 ZeroOne 0.4g BBs. Czech skorpion holster and ammo pouch. Scope because a lucky ricochet took out my current one last game I was at. The BBs because I'm trying a new brand to try and save money (sniper ammo isn't cheap after all). The holster and ammo pouch because my current one looks out of place on my Russian themed sniper loadout, this is also big enough for my ASG MK23 (main sidearm).
  10. I'd be scared of snapping it! To be fair I kinda like it, but I wouldn't buy one (tbf I like p90s and AUGs as well).
  11. 1. TM High Cycle - Hell of a lot of fun, miss having mine but I much prefer snipers and shotguns. 2. Spring - Mostly for ease of use/reliability for me.
  12. This. Whoever makes something like this would make a killing.
  13. Merrell Sawtooths - found they were on offer (courtesy of Lozart) so brought a pair since I had used then before by couldn't justify the cost again. Very comfy, rugged and high quality. Before them I used a pair of Magnum combats (not sure on style) which lasted me a good two years of regular abuse - still use them for work but the grips gone on the heel.
  14. I'm surprised it took so long for them to make one
  15. Some silicone spray (too lazy to use grease), replacement front sight for my AK as my friend broke it when he borrowed it (he's paying for it) and a magazine for my vsr
  16. My advice would be to run just a pistol. Lighter than a rifle so you already have the advantage over anyone running a rifle if zombies get in close. Even more vital if it's a limited ammo game.
  17. If it's in the dark, take a change of undies haha Seriously, you can tell yourself it's just a game but if it's done well enough you forget this and trigger discipline goes out the window around about the same time you start screaming haha
  18. Obviously realism will take a back seat to practicality in some cases, but it looks a fairly easy project the more I think about it
  19. I'm devising a way to turn a sten into a bastard from the Metro game, similar design just the aesthetics, optic mount, etc. to worry about. Only reason I have a stalker loadout is because it started as a metro one haha
  20. You sure you're not gonna miss that stuff Ian? Haha
  21. £35 including postage? Done! Haha Seriously, if you're shifting it I'll take it off your hands mate
  22. Always had a fair bit of Eastern bloc/Russian kit. Originally it started life as a Metro 2033 inspired loadout but STALKER is more popular. Really gutted I can't make the event going on at MCG The Gaol this weekend.
  23. Did the foregrip mod on my first shotgun but I made the mistake of gluing the grip to the shotgun - was a bit peeved when I eventually snapped it haha
  24. Tactical mars bar in the pouch I keep my primers in, water in a bottle on my belt. I'm used to working for long periods without a break so those are usually left alone till lunch time.
