Whilst it's understandable why you'd use the money as soon as it's received, surely it would be common sense to wait until you've confirmed he's received the item and happy with it before spending the money? I know every time I've sold something on here, or anywhere online I've waited for them to say "Got it, love it" before I even think the money is mine to spend. 😂

UPS?  They can't be bothered to read the HS code / product description or I wonder if they even bother to scan, so they just make you sign a form to cover their own ass whenever there's a hint of airsoft.  RIF or no RIF.  
 
Don't mind so much but surely they could create an electronic form that's linked to your tracking number than you can fill out.

@ak2m4 RIF arrived today. No customs charges interestingly.

Just got an email this morning. Package has been released by customs and tracking should update soon. Might even get it by the end of the week. No additional paperwork required.

I assume you gave your address? Looks like you only gave them 48hrs to post before accusing them of being a scammer? I'm not saying they're not and they certainly should have given you an update by now, but I know first-hand how annoying it is to get constant chasing messages even the next morning, when the buyer only paid around 9pm the night before.

Perhaps worth posting up the conversation for transparency and so people can see the time scale.  When did this all take place?  How long has the seller been incommunicado ?

All rebuilt with the new parts from @ak2m4, shoots 270-280 on a .25 (hop set).

what's brand is the M95?  how long is it?  If it's my XT one then should be pretty easy to install
