  1. I get very good results in mine with an R-Hop in combo with a Prometheus 6.01.
  2. If dry firing was bad, how would you test a pistol out of the box without going outside and using BBs?
  3. There are no all round good replicas of the Tavor unless you want to buy an Ares one and replace all the internals- the M4 may be your best bet.
  4. It wasn't as bad as this new Afghan show, Our Girl.... They can't even get the bloody rifles and helicopters right! They have the actors running round in modern kit with A1s and flying in on Hueys!
  5. No chance of losing/breaking them if you're a clumsy f*cker
  6. You can get Russian stuff through Poland with cheaper postage, I believe frontowiec.com does RU stuff. Translated page http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=pl&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.frontowiec.com%2F
  7. Stitch a PLCE utility strap to your jacket's shoulder. You can tighten the strap around the mask/through any grab handles, and trim the non-buckled end to size easily. IMO that chest rig is a bit too MOLLE-ish for an Eastern themed loadout full stop. A proper fixed pouch kind such as a Lifchik would be ideal
  8. Externals = OK. G&G are more about bang for buck. Internals = depends on version. Gen2 and 3 are the best (not sure if there are Gen 3 UMGs yet) Versatility = Good. There's plenty of rail room compared to other guns of the same size, and they're suitable for both CQB and woodland- it doesn't matter about size, it may be an SMG but G&G's hop units (the most important sub-assembly for increasing range) are pretty good, especially on 0.25g BBS and 0.28s. Mags may be a bit of a pain to find. As for pouches, there are P90/UMP45 mag pouches around which can fit a standard straight UMP mag.
  9. Got my hands on the Element rail ladders today. So much flashing I had to cut! I think they turned out well though.
  10. It's pretty easy to do a Russian sniper loaout- a KLMK suit and a Lifchik chest rig or Kamysh assault vest work for it.
  11. Any new tech catch your eye recently? After a mate of mine got a Samsung smart watch I've been thinking of getting my own- the Pebble smartwatch has come to my attention- it's compatible with iOS & Android, and it's cheaper than the average AEG too. Any thoughts?
  12. I'm not comfortable with ASG as a manufacturer- I tolerate Umarex but ASG just gets my alarm bells ringing in some cases, as well as S&T.
  13. Yeah, I've seen a couple knocking around on Facebook sales pages- their supposed rareness isn't reflected in the prices though, I've seen them go for £100 and less.
  14. OD. Looks darker and works with the Marked One artwork in the conversation screen in game.
  15. You could say that was (•_•) / ( •_•)>⌐■-■ / (⌐■_■) un-phleasant......
  16. Yeah, it's got a hood zipped away into the collar:
  17. I've heard their staff aren't particularly friendly in store and don't help out with much. Their website design is shocking too, it's worse than any other I've encountered!
  18. I might have a bash at a Stalker loadout. I have an old NATO M65 cut cold weather jacket that could work pretty well for it
  19. Having done a little research, I can see that the LR300 appeared in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series under the name 'TRs 301'. Am I right in thinking because of this, a Stalker themed loadout with one would technically be authentic? Or is it just capitalist blasphemy Tbh the MP5 and L85 are in the games too under aliases, so there's quite a few options...
  20. WE Bulldog PX4s are compact and light. Might be a good idea for a sniper's loadout if you want to save on weight. On a slight tangent, are these any good? I've handled one and I absolutely loved it, I just don't know anything about their performance/reliability.
