Gear of War is a decent shop; that does look like the part.

I have used the Combat Union hop unit with a ZCI 6.02mm barrel, Maple Leaf Macaron rubber and Omega nub to great effect with regards to range and accuracy in a CYMA AKM, an LCT AKMS and an LCT PP-19-01.

I had one for a time; the hop arm has a lot of lateral movement and the whole hop assembly is somewhat fragile and very difficult to get spares for. Other than that, it is ok; not great, not awful, just ok.

What is it about the performance that you want to improve? Range, accuracy, power, rate of fire, trigger response, noise levels?

I am going to get one to try; I will be interested to see how it is better at charging batteries, which is all that I want it to do.

Ok, I'll play. Why did you start airsoft? Both of my sons were massively interested in anything military and airsoft seemed like a good way of letting them have fun outdoors in a military-themed context. It was also something that I was intrigued by, having had a close relationship with various weapons in my younger days. Nine years later, my eldest son still plays occasionally and is waiting to go to Main Board, while my youngest and I still play regularly. What do you like about airsoft The people (mostly; see below). Teching our rather large collection of RIFs. Forgetting that I am an adult with multiple responsibilities and reverting to being the carefree child version of me having fun playing war in the woods. Working as a sneaky little team with my son. Ginge's briefings. What don't you like about airsoft (not including KM or non hit taking, something more substantial please) Marshalling; I did it for far too long and it nearly turned me off airsoft. Sites that disregard basic safety. Badly marshalled sites. Badly organised sites. Sites run by people who don't care about airsoft and are just looking to make money. Players who take it far too seriously and forget that we are running around the woods, fields or buildings shooting each other with toy guns. Players who think that having the most expensive gear makes them great players who never miss and cannot be hit. Players who feel the need to be in charge and tell everyone else what to do. Do you think airsoft has any health benefits I.e keeping you fit etc Yes, it helps certain forms of physical fitness; in addition, being outdoors doing something that you enjoy with like minded people is good for your mental health.

It is by far the best site that I have ever played at. Yes, I remember the hot summer days there with the bottles of water in the backs of the vehicles, and the teezles.

The SkyRC S65 is a very good charger; however, is it really better? Personally, I am not keen on the IMAX but many, many people rate it.

One other recommendation would be to ditch the NiMHs and move to LiPos; they are so much better than NiMHs.

Someone could reclaim the Polish VAT and pay UK VAT; however, the saving would only be 3% of the pre-tax price and I suspect that the hassle of dealing with HMRC and adding import duty would outweigh that.

TG are treating Northern Ireland as EU; they are sending to there and charging Polish VAT.

You beat me to it! The cables in the extension lead are connected to the wrong terminals of the Tamiya connector. The OP really should get a decent charger.

It has a hell of lot to do with Brexit; while UPS may carry some responsibility, most of this is down to entirely predictable issues around border controls and being outside the single market. Entirely predictable to everyone except the UK government, that is.

It seems that TG may have stopped selling to the UK for a while again until UPS/HMRC get themselves sorted out. The bulk of the problem is not due to UPS; it is due to those who prepared the "oven ready" deal not only forgetting to buy an oven but also not knowing what an oven is. Expect things to get a lot worse if the European Parliament does not ratify the deal due to the UK government unilaterally altering the Northern Ireland Protocol.

Also, be aware that your purchase has to have a minimum value of £140.
