  1. The HFC VSR11 is 100% compatible with TM VSR10 parts. I've owned a few and it says so on the ASPUK website as M_P reccomended checking out above.
  2. My first AEG was the transparent G&G cm16 from pro airsoft supplies. I purchased it with a 7.4v lipo and charger all for around £150. Was a very solid gun and i never had any issues with it. I couldnt reccomend it enough, and with the lipo it had very nice trigger response.
  3. Update for anyone thats interested: Ordered one of those extractor bolt thingies of ebay for £2 for a set of 5 and it worked a treat Thanks Hibernator for reccomending them!
  4. Hi Ian There was a bunch of new Olight flashlights auctioned off on ebay a few nights ago at stupid o'clock so they were going cheap. For All i know it might even be a clone but I'll see when it arrives. It was £20 rather than the £69 rrp so I just went for it That and the fact that i was outbid on many better flashlights last minute and that this was the last one up for grabs. Ive already got enough flashlights that can do the same job but given the low prices it was more of a "spur of the moment buy" Rex
  5. An Olight m21x-l2 flashlight along with a magnetic mount so i can mount it to any of my airsoft guns/air rifles in seconds
  6. Where does all that wood come from?
  7. Hi everyone, So I have encountered a bit of a problem. Whilst taking the two screws out of my vsr 10 clone to remove the stock i found the screw/bolt nearest the trigger was in pretty tight ( my fault for over tightening it ). I gave it a bit of force and it rounded the groove where the allen key is meant to fit. My first attempt to remove it was to superglue the allen key in/onto the bolt however the super glue wasnt strong enough and the allen key broke free. unfortunely the head is flush with the stock meaning i cant use a hack saw to make a groove for a flathead screw driver. The only other thing i can thing to do is buy a dremmel and use the smallest cutting disc I can find to make a groove so that i can use a flathead screw driver to remove it. If this fails does anybody have any other tips/reccomendations? Cheers, Rex
  8. Hey! Im the one who found this picture , you just stole it from a thread I made a while back Don't worry its not actually jambwow. I was watching a youtube video by these guys called "simplepickup" and saw this dude, thought it looked exactly like jambwow and had to take a screenshot Rex
  9. 15, soon to be 16 in august when i can finally ride a motorbike
  10. Thank you very much Glad I asked the question on here, seeing as nobody was interested in even answering a yes or no to any of my threads on multiple flashlight forums Thanks for the switch with pad idea, never even thought on doing something like that, Sounds like it would be really useful for what im needing! Thanks
  11. Sort of a DIY related question so I hope its ok to post here I was wandering if somebody could answer me what is probabaly a very simple/aubvious question: Basically I have on of these For My Ultrafire c8 flashlight. The only problem is the flashlight has 5 modes, and everytime you turn the flashlight on and off again, it switches mode, unless you wait 5 minutes. This means if you release a bit to much pressure from the pad with your finger, the flashlight turns off, meaning when you go to turn it on again you end up changing to a lower/higher mode or end up strobing somebody by mistake. Which isn't helpful. I was wandering; If I cut off the pressure pad/switch part at the end of the wire would I be presented with 2 wires? And if so, could they simply be spliced/soldered to one of these with ease? Maybe not that exact switch, but just a simple on/off switch that has two contacts underneath? Atleast then, I could stick it with tape/velcro near the trigger on my vsr11 so I could switch it on, and leave it be without having to press incredibly hard on it at all times. It will also be pretty neat as i could then Mount my torch onto my off-road motorbike's front forks and have the switch up on the handlebars to operate it with. I apoligise if this is a pretty naff question, but I dont want to ruin a perfectly good, albeit it annoying pressure pad in an attempt to replace the pressure siwtch for a on/off one. Thanks for your time folks
  12. after 5 months of failure I finally managed to sell my pitbike. Time to get some upgrades for the vsr :D

      Rock-climby-Dave

check that there isn't a pin that needs drilling out like on the TM model, it holds the head onto the cylinder and can't be unscrewed

    4. rexfan10

      rexfan10

No sign of any pin, i don't think the hfc vsr11's normally have one

  18. If i was to start selling new vsr10 steel 1st and 2nd sears for £17 (for both) would anybody be interested? cheers

    1. NickM

      NickM

I'd be interested if it was a new, tried and tested design that is better than the ones I can get now. You'd have to be careful you aren't infringing patents etc for existing products.

      rexfan10

Thank you for your feedback Nick,

Im afraid its just plain old shs sears, they tend to retail for around £30 a set ( £28 on ASPUK ) so i thought some people might be interested in getting them £10 cheaper :P

I could sell them for £15 which would be half the rrp if i got enough people interested though :P
