  1. Glock 21 serpa will fit a TM/WE glock 17/18.
  2. The instructors at Stirling are all airsoft players as well as ex SF bad men, weird combo but there you go. I can't imagine much of what they teach being directly related to shooting in honesty, as at airsoft ranges if you're struggling then there's not a lot that the principles of marksmanship are going to do to help! I expect it's likely to be more about concealment, observation, movement etc. proper soldier skills that'll have an application in a game, though perhaps not the average Sunday skirmish as their focus will be their core audience: the mil-simmer.
  3. Ex UKSF instructors, about as legit as it gets. They cater mostly for the more serious mil sim types but obviously don't tolerate walting!
  4. As you can see, it's battered, had a lot of use! The silencer is an FMA quick detach tracer unit that I can highly recommend if you're wanting to play CQB, since you can clip it on and off in a second when you need it. http://www.ebairsoft.com/full-auto-tracer-silencer-tb631-p-6773.html Cheapest place I've found to buy it is ebairsoft, the flash hider that comes with it is for a KWA/KSC MP7 though and doesn't fit, but if you pack out the inside of the silencer with a bit of electrical tape it fits snugly over the stock marui flash hider. Sight is a DYTAC aimpoint T1 replica, it's the only one I've had so far that hasn't died from the recoil, this one's about 6-7000 shots in and still going strong. Torch is an element replica of a surefire m300 scoutlight on an offset mount, gets in the way of the folding grip a little bit but the on/off switch sits exactly where my thumb needs it to be. Have a PEQ15 as well to go on the top, but it's only really for night games as during the day I've no use for an IR laser and illuminator!
  5. er yeah gimme 5 mins and I'll get some snaps.
  6. do you foresee yourself needing to remove the mock-doesn't-actually-do-anything silencer in a hurry? £60 is a lot to spend on the ability to clip it on and off!
  7. he may very well be on about the AEP variant, skirmishing a GBB as a primary is an acquired taste!
  8. GBB MP7 is way above 250 fps, mine kicks out a solid 320 and is range/accuracy wise the best gun I own. Shoots further and more consistently than either my TM HK416 or M4A1.
  9. there's import duty as well, can be as much as 5% depending on what you're importing and what HMRC decide to classify it as, then you're looking at either £8 or £13 parcelfarce handling fee on top of that.
  10. I tend to listen to the mag, once it stops hissing, or gets significantly quieter; I stop.
  11. That's the thing though isn't it, overheads! Staff/utilities/rent/insurance/tax etc over here are all MASSIVELY more than they are in Asia, not saying that all UK pricing is 'fair' but I can't imagine a situation where the prices here and the prices in Asia will match up to any extent. That said, for smaller stuff I'm willing to pay the premium to buy it from a UK seller, the convenience alone is worth it, Fire-Support are my go-to retailer for anything less than £100. I just wish that UK stores would stock more of the obscure stuff, especially parts.
  12. in that case all you've gotta do is find where they died and take the guns off the floor!
  13. I expect with an angle grinder/cutting torch you could get into the armoury on a military base without much trouble in a couple of hours. of course it'd be easier to go to the guardroom and raid the key safes.
  14. enough rations on a RN frigate/destrtoyer to last 400 people 3 months (on a pretty lean diet), I expect even with 200 people on board it'd be enough to keep us ticking over for a while til things settle down and we can go out scavenging. Or, loose the lines and put to sea, plenty of fish out there.
  15. you can buy upgrade springs no problem, guarder do one. if you put another spring in there though I'd expect your FPS would jump significantly and your gas consumption to go up along with it. I expect the reason for having two 'runners' is so that the nozzle doesn't bias one side under the tension of just one spring, the aftermarket blowback unit I have in mine has only one runner and the nozzle sits at a slight angle when the slide is locked back.
  16. day 1: go to work, get on warship, ditch gangway and load port side miniguns and GPMGs. day2: honey badger don't give a fuck.
  17. thankfully real ones are a bargain! http://www.opticsplanet.com/leupold-mark-4-hamr-4x24mm-fixed-power-riflescope.html
  18. I like this, you took apart your gun, didn't pay any attention to how it went together as you did so and in the process kinda broke it... now because we're not willing/able to help it's suddenly someone else's fault!
  19. it'll help you find out where the resistance is in the circuit, should tell you where/what the problem is!
  20. wiring could have fused/shorted, solder joint could have melted, your battery could be dead, motor could be burned out. lots of possibilities!
  21. do you mean it keeps blowing 20A fuses or they won't fit?
  22. I don't think so no, the rear end of the gun would be out of proportion. If I were to do it I expect I'd want to build a complete las gun upper and just bolt the g36 lower on to it.
