  1. TBF after my experience with tiger111 recently, I'd email them in advance to check that they do actually have the stock also.
  2. This is the LCT AKMS I sent back for being too shit at shooting to even contemplate trying to sort out: And Sabine my upgraded CM.028U:
  3. The trouble with the P90 is that you'd have more comfortable arms sticking your hands up your jumper out of the neck hole to hold an M93R...
  4. ^^I hadn't noticed last time I looked at these pics, Alex, but what you really need is a tactical lurcher!
  5. True. Very true. Like the man dressed in Tupperware wants to shoot with it too
  6. See, where is the "Hate It" button when we need it?
  7. I had the same idea. To make them go with my Soviet portupeya, Y strap and belt harness stylee an ting, I used dark brown Dylon leather dye and put a slit in the side of the holster to allow for use with a mag attached (as the Czech police carried them with a short mag fitted) - I then added a leather strap and stud salvaged from a knackered old AK-47 mag pouch for additional security (it comes apart easily when I draw, but not by jiggling).
  8. At 300 sheets I'd be scared of beating it with a hammer and setting fire to it!
  9. Morena with her fakelite grip (which I broke before I'd even skirmished it):
  10. From top to bottom: CYMA CM.048 before refinished furniture; Inokatsu AK-47S body kit on base TM gun; ICS AKS-74U
  11. Not exactly known for being a fagpul fan, me... there are probably loads of hideous creations of theirs I've never heard of. I mean, I've nothing against Tupperware guns per se, but how is it that Heckler & Koch manage to make plastic look like it will fuck you up, whereas that looks like it comes in a box marked "Batteries Not Included"?
  12. TBH now that you have cleaned the barrel, if your FPS is reading any less than 323, on average of 10 shots, I'd take it back.
  13. OMGonads, just why? The Magpul PDR-C - what is it? A nerf or a supersoaker? No, no, got it now, it's a paintball gun, right?
  14. Also the further foreward your torch is mounted the more front heavy it makes the gun, which gets uncomfortable to carry for long periods, unless you add weight to the stock to balance it.
  15. So long as it doesn't get in the way of your hand, no problem at all - probably less annoying than on top. There is something else to consider when mounting a torch to a gun and that is what the enemy see - if it's dark so that all they can see is your light, not you behind it, then naturally when they aim, unless they have time to think about what they are doing carefully, they will shoot at the light. If you are right handed and your light is on the right hand side of your gun, it is at the edge of your silhouette. If it is underneath, in line, it is closer to the centre of your silhouette and on the left is just wrong, since that is bang in the middle of you.
  16. Offset mounts can get you out of a whole host of ballaches and yeah, i spose one would go on a top rail, although the torch will still be sort-of in your aiming view, just off to one side, so not actually in the way of the sights. There are proper fittings for MOE's though iirc. Oh, i understand now, doh! Cant fit an MOE rail fitting on due to battery space - got it.
  17. I know... bastard, isn't he!?! Must have a Real Sword SVD one day
  18. £15 for a simple low profile torch mount? What's it made from, a bronze cast of Michaelangelo's David's foreskin?
  19. Pressure pads can be a bit of a ball ache - there are about 3-4 standard configurations of diameter and thread and some of them do not seem to have mouse tails available for them. However it is possible that this fits on the zoomable types which take 1 or 2 18650 size batteries. I ordered 1 a while back but it didn't turn up - awaiting the reorder now... For mounts you are best off logging in to ebay.com rather than ebay.co.uk because u'll be bidding against yanks so it'll be cheaper - just decide whether you want a 25mm mount, or a 30mm and use an internal spacer or tape, high, low or medium profile determined by how fat your bezel is or whether you fit the torch with the bezel forward of your rail, or offset below with an angled mount. For simplicity's sake you could buy these which will give you a spare or one for a mate.
  20. 2200lm my arse but a good torch anyway and cheap as chips.
