    for those following my attempts to return to skirmish fit - back in the gym today 1hr10mins start & end on cardio 147BPM heart rate average plus crunches / legs x4 execises / pecs / shoulder press / chest press - felt like training on an injury but hey ho that's what 2 days off does i spose

      Think we should all chip in & buy the fitness fanatic that "Insanity" DVD. I nearly bought it but was knackered after searching for the phone lying around the house so gave up on that one
