  1. Yes, the Compact is made by KWA. It feels really nice, fits in my hand perfectly, functions and shoots perfectly. The slide just feels a little "light" and racks almost too smoothly. The ergonomics and function of it is just perfect. I've looked at the P8s and MK23s, but i prefer the USPs. I like the safety/decocker layout and the angled trigger guard. I'm just gonna have to buy one, aren't i? 🤔
  2. Thank you for the reply. I'm definitely more inclined to have a metal slide and trademarks. (I'm picky.) If the Umarex USP is made by VFC then i imagine it's largely the same as my 4.5mm one, which is beautifully made. Apparently they're prone to trigger bars failing though if used in double action a lot. I currently have my USPc and 18C as viable sidearms, i actually like the USPc more out of the two. Might just have to add a full-size Umarex/VFC USP to the collection some time.. That 229 looks very nice!
  3. This is exactly what i want to build. 😍
  4. If your bills are paid you have no-one to answer to except yourself.
  5. My GBB pistols, nothing special. 18c, 19G5, 42 and USP Compact. All are Umarex. The 42 has an awful trigger. I'll see if i can do something to improve it. Also not fond of the flared mag well on the 19G5, should've got a G3/4 instead, i just like the front serrations on the slide. What brand is it? I have a Umarex USP in 4.5mm and it's by far the nicest replica i've handled, the feel and weight is just right. On that basis i bought a Umarex USP Compact airsoft gun and it's very nice, but not quite as nice as its big brother. Part of me is keen to get a full-size USP airsoft gun.
  6. Another tracer arrived, but one that looks like a silencer and not a flash hider. £63 from Amazon, it's very nicely made.
  7. My first airsoft guns, GHK 553 Cerakote and Umarex (KWA?) USP Compact. (I have also bought 3 Umarex Glocks; 18C, 19G5 and 42 but not sure about them just yet.)
  8. Was it easy to find that foregrip/bipod? I'd like to build a DMR just like that on the Umarex G3 base.
  9. It looks like the original/early MP5 (A1?) handguard.
