  1. Couldn't say yet as the gun is in bits, will let you know 👍
  2. Bought a new LCT Ak105 for the next build (in build already haha), along with some sexy mags i know nowt about this stuff, but do you need an IR illuminator, or does it have an in built one?
  3. Sooo may have not been out playing of late, but i bought a used / not working TM M870 during lockdown months back, sold as leaking and having a hash sawn of job done, plus some vom RIS screwed on. The sweetener for me was it coming with an Angry Gun Gas AR stock, which seem to be obsolete for the most part nowadays. Ordered a few WII TECH & SAT parts at the same time, they arrived a few weeks later from the east. Basically it was leaking between the receiver and the gas expansion/reservoir inlet, a couple O rings sorted that, then that leak moved forward - with the proper pressure in the expansion cylinder - the nozzle was now leaking, luckily id ordered a WII TECH one I also ordered a genuine MESA Remington pump grip and cartridge holder through Brownells. The pump grip took a little bit of TLC with the finger blaster, sorry sander, and gives a much better lump to grip. I did splash out on the SAT steel shortened outer barrel, to remedy the hash saw job, plus it has the nice finish and trades. One bonus other M870 users may or may not be aware of - the SAT barrel has a threaded screw hole to screw the block to up front, this is AMAZING as it does away with that PITA nut plate inside the barrel - if youve taken one of these down youll appreciate how great that is! Also fitted the WII TECH aluminum hop unit and loading nozzle unit, awesome bit of machining that! I then reinstated the pump lock with WII TECH steel parts, works a charm. Well chuffed with it, now it all works properly, its most satisfying to operate, and the shot sound is pretty cool. Will get some nice TM cartridges now it works Oh yeh and when testing / not fully assembled i managed to shoot that3 way barrel spacer into the garden during strong winds, that was novel haha!
  4. Figures, Nuprol stuff is not safe 😂
  5. How many fingers do you have? Do you live near a nuclear power station??
  6. Swear you have this stuff on a copy paste basis now @Sitting Duck 👍 I don't know what ratio that brick you have runs, but assuming 18ish:1 then a decent 22000 motor on an 11.1 pulling 340 FPS will get you around the 20s on ROF. You WILL NEED active brake for that. Or run a 9.9 LiFe which will get you in the mid/high teens without active braking.
  7. What is this mythical coffee then? Spill the beans 😏 I wanna try some before Bada Bing sniffs it out
  8. Hah nothing offensive @Skara! Yes meant what @Speedbird_666 said. I doubt it'll look like that for long! Why don't you Rhop it?
  9. Might as well be looking at a house brick 😆
  10. Are your BBs good quality, not deformed or degraded? Are the barrel and bucking clean, free from lube / degreased?
  11. Sooooooo when do the £500 worth of upgrade guts arrive!? 😂 What are you msinky going to use it for, outdoor or CQB?
  12. I expected more, had such high hopes owing to such an awesome thread title!
  13. Sparklabs MicroSmart... fitted the Gate NanoAAB to the G36 but braking way to savagely for my mechanical sympathies. Looking forward to trying out the MicroSmart adjustable active brake. The joys of V3 trigger sets! Would have had a BTC in it from the outset if not for being V3. COME ON BTC!!!!
  14. Wonder where that came from!? Shouldnt be difficult to get a genuine buffer. Whats the game plan?
  15. Hi! Glad you found the thread helpful! Nice, loving the FSP builds!
  16. It is weird, that's what I was relating to above saying I'd only like them for CQC.
  17. Indeed, I genuinely could not believe my eyes, Geoff's mag empty, insert mag of GDs and pulled the trigger - very satisfying!
  18. I used to exclusively use Green Devil BIOs way back when. They are scarce in the U.K. but I recently bought a load from Belgium. Did some 50M testing with my G36 couple nights back. Long story short, was using non BIO Geoff's Super Precision 0.28s, switched to GD 0.28s, easy 40% grouping size reduction, AND THEY ARE BIOs!!!
  19. We all get IQ reduction daily 🙈 Yeh @Skara a microswitch is nice but only in a CQC environment I find, the hair trigger and no felt reset is pretty ghost. Cant beat a full mechanical gun with a basic external mosfet for ultimate reliability.
  20. He said he didn't want any internal electronic trickery, a mechanical gun if you will.
