Got this Dual optic the other day from Cheffington , only just fitted it. Was a nice surprise to find the nuts & bolts were still in it.

Seeing as this thread has been resurrected. Best... Ares L1A1, probably because it's the only pew I've used the RS. Have to add the Ares L85A3, it's a rif I craved for. Worst... Ares L85A3, coz the fecker was obviously a return to Extremeairsoft & they passed it on to me as new (on closer inspection it had a repair to the charging handle (a common fault) & a stripped thread on one of the dissassembly screws. Favourite... Cyber gun Scar-L two-tone, my first pew used in a game & it's never let me down (getting a pine needle stuck in the hop while changing mags doesn't count). Regrets... Galaxy M200 from BBguns4less, didn't realise it wasn't 1:1 scale but it was cheap, you get what you pay for I guess (it's never been out of the box). Got a few two tones before my UKARA, I don't regret buying them but I do regred some of the shitty rattle can jobs I did on them.

Best to get it checked out & sooner the better. Never a better time to have a bag of peas in the freezer either, cold compress wrapped in a tea towel will help the swelling but don't leave it on too long.

If you have another mag, try swopping the valves first, if it still leaks then you'll know if it's the mag (threads) or the valve which IMO is more likely. I'm not sure if it can be cleaned but I'd expect several mag fills should force any dust/dirt out of the valve. either that or replace the valve, I just recently picked up a valve on fleabay for £9.59

Ok but was the leak from the outside of the valve (you've cleaned the threads & changed the O ring so unlikely), or could the leak be coming from inside the valve?

Oh, dear... you may regret saying that. watch a ton of YT video's first, work in a clean are where screws/washers etc might not go missing & expect springs to spring long distances in a heart beat.

is it possible there is dirt in the valve, sunny days obviously product more dust than the typical pissing down days. have you tested the mag in water to see where the leak is coming from?

I ordered a pew from Firesupport on the 19th & UPS delivered it on the 21st. sometimes shit just happens.

Just got this today, shooting .2's at 1.1j/330.4fps on a 7.4lipo 1400mAh

So... I don't just collect pews, I collect webbing/fieldgear/ bergens etc. Had my alice for a while & got some Molle II in ACU/UCP last month so here's some pics of those. This week I also got my hands on a DPM chest rig with a DPM holster for my plce & a pattern 58 water bottle pouch to complete a set I've had since last year. I've been after a WE L85A2 GBBR for a short while but spotted this ICS Galil on Firesupport & figured I had a few L85's already but no Galil (until now). Straight out the box the front sight post had worked it's way loose from the sight body so once it's 'zeroed' I'll lock tight it in place, the gas tube is a bit wobby so will see if I can tighten that up too.

If you're looking for £200, list that as your asking price ONO, you might get close to it if you're willing to haggle. The only pews & kit I make an offer on that I don't end up buying are the items that have no wiggle room for negotiation. Keep listing it until it's sold. You'd be surprised how many classifieds I've bought the second or third time it's been advertised & nearer my original offer than the sellers asking price.

This seems to be the best place to ask, so... apart from the countries that adopted alice field gear, is the USA the only country that prefers modern rucksacks/backpacks etc to have external frames?
