That's what I wear & the only issue is wearing a face guard with them but they're comfy, tacticool & work. (they will fog up a little but that's mainly coz I'm a big fat lad clambering around the countryside. the fogging gets worse if I'm wearing a boonie.

If you're going to announce where you're shooting from by using tracers you're as well going all in and having the flashy bit too.

Take the gearbox out and give it a rattle, move the gears with your finger and feel for any roughness as they turn. as a last port of call open the gearbox and check... if you're comfortable doing that.

Have to tried screwing in the motor screw? they can loosen off at times.

do you have a bigger battery to check? the only time an aeg of mine has sounded like that was because it was locking up due to the motor being to far in, my understanding is that there simply might not be enough power going to the motor & the mosfet is kicking in and shutting it off/down. has the battery been fully charged?

No worries, it's an Ares L85A3 I have & it came with the keymod.

I thought it was the mag I'd bought used, wasn't until I got home and tested it plinking in the garden I realised what was wrong. I ended up using my L85A1 aeg instead, took my Scar-H too but couldn't be arsed lugging 7 gas mags around.

Was gonna offer you a swop for the one on my A3 but it's a Keymod.

Unfortunately... a new nozzle assembly for my XM177, it decided to shit a brick at the crono this morning.

My L85A3 is fussy & will only take Pmags, are your other mags stanag?

Oi, even I know not to use it in game. Says he who has 2GBBR's, an AEG & 3 gas pistols ready for tomorrow & a total of 7x Scar-H gas mags, 12x M4gas mags, 4 hicap M4 mags & 5 gas mags for the pistols (not to carried all at once of course). All spread out through 2 sets of PLCE & a chest rig. just as well I'm not taking the bus.
