  1. I have no trouble with their 0.25g tracer BBs either.
  2. Very mixed feelings for me. I was in Leicester visiting a friend last year and on the way back home I took a detour to visit the shop. Nice layout with the pistols and smaller accessories in the front with the till then then assault rifles, LMGs, sniper rifles, bulkier accessories, etc were in the back. The bloke manning the shop was quite friendly and helpful. They had a few Deadly Customs clearance items so I bought those as I was genuinely in the market for them. Earlier this year, I ordered online but they called me and were transparent about making a balls up on their stocktaking so they did an upgrade FOC. I wanted it promptly but didn't need it urgently though I paid for next day delivery on Saturday expecting a Tuesday delivery as I'd made the order in the afternoon but it wasn't delivered until the Tuesday after that. Not impressed with the delay whatsoever and I'd be reluctant to order online again from them. I couldn't agree more with the sentiment above. I want just about every airsoft retailer do well, especially when they have a physical store but Extreme Airsoft really needs to up its game with its online retail operations.
  3. Whether it does the same job (ish) depends on what features you make use of. Granted, I used a different gearbox/platform when I bought the "full-fat" Perun MOSFET over the AB++ because I like the adjustable trigger sensitivity and more programmable firing modes.
  4. 70% of the cost of the gun and the MOSFET should be realistic then. The mags might carry 70% too but I wouldn't be surprised if offers come in bartering over them in particular.
  5. With the seating of your mags, have you tried using adhesive dots in the back of the magwell to bulk them out? Some of my non-STANAG mags fit more snugly in the magwell of either of my M4s when I use a couple of hook or loop dots.
  6. I'd say there is a duty to warn others when he has made no effort to respond to any of your communications. @peter207 You were very generous in leaving a neutral rating. Your decision of course though I would think if you've paid money but not received what you paid for and he's not come back to you in a reasonable time that should call for a negative rating. EDIT: Seller was honest and came back
  7. https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/electric-powered/m4-stubby_i60914 Seller is after £120 for a used gun that looks very much like the one I can get here, brand new, for £95. https://www.brairsoft.co.uk/product/double-bell-pdw-polymer-body-black-808/
  8. https://www.airsoft-hub.com/item/31213-handgun No licensed markings so I assume this isn't an old Marui or an Umarex. Either way, the seller's pricing is... divorced from reality unless it literally has 2 "gas tanks" that could be worth something.
  9. The going rate is typically 60-70% of current retail prices for the gun and the will probably retain a similar percentage. By "good condition", are they any scuffs, scratches or other cosmetic issues worth noting?
  10. I assume that by "real", he means the PEQ box has a functional laser and/or LED rather than being a dummy "fake". Perhaps it's just me but I would cringe at painting a real steel version.
  11. It's not terrible. Is your playing style one where you would make use of close to 11 mid-cap mags? Super5ives appears to have a couple in stock if you want peace of mind and only need another mid-cap with the high-cap supplied.
  12. Where have you tried buying one? Granted, there are lots of false positives in there being parts rather than the complete pistol itself but there are apparently some retailers with stock of the pistols and those search results won't be exhaustive as there are Hi-Capas that don't necessarily mention 5.1 in the description. https://www.airsoftdb.com/search/?q="marui+hi-capa+5.1"&s=t&r=uk
  13. Spamming scum. Ironic that you're advertising a service that should have been used on you.

    1. EDcase

      EDcase

Don't bother messaging them, just report "spammer"

  14. Unfortunately, the market of selling used airsoft kit are seldom based on what was paid for it. It's unfortunate that you were burned with the pricing but realistic expectations should be set. 70% on current RRP is the going rate for "barely used", vgc RIFs. When it comes to two-tone or garden plinkers, that drops even further.
  15. As standard, 70% of current retail is the going rate so ~£210 is what you're looking at for the MP7 as a unskirmished wall hanger. How long had it been on display and have you confirmed it still cycles in semi and full-auto? Its upgrades may add value but until you know for certain what they are, you should just go with the base gun value. Replica holo sights don't preserve that much value. What brand/model is it? Does it have adjustable windage and elevation? Do you know what the cause of the leaking mags is? Knowing if it's a problem with O-rings, fill valves, etc can push up the price of them as a known fault can be less expensive and less risk to the buyer.
  16. Depending on what ground-level barricades are set up and their height or how well they're obscured from an elevated position. A few pictures of the interior are available here. https://www.movehut.co.uk/property/677431-1-blackstone-road-huntingdon-cambridgeshire/ As it stands, it's very open but you'd think some cover from the mezzanine level would be installed to deny/limit the high ground advantage.
  17. Case in point with the heavily customised/modded Hi-Capas you see listed at £700 (for argument's sake) compared to £1,200 spent on the gun (funny that you're sold the gun whose parts have mostly/all been replaced!) and parts. If they had a bigger market, the seller wouldn't lose as much money.
  18. https://www.airsoft-hub.com/item/31014-great-starter-bundle The itemised bill lists the two-tone fee - am I paying a discount on that? How long have the bio BBs been hanging about for and in what conditions?
  19. Why do I get the impression he played once and discovered the reality of playing isn't like the edited YouTube videos he watched? Overpriced two-tone AEG with accessories up for sale too. "Only been used once" but it's awash with scuffs and scratches.
  20. "only been used once" Is there a reason for the lack of a full photo of the gun itself? Is the gun being sold with or without the muzzle loudener?
  21. https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/win-this-cyma-grenade-launcher-for-1_i60313 He's back again. Bad sport! He's not even telling us how many entries there are so we can't estimate a margin, assuming that there actually is a prize draw. I bet he'd have to sell at least 40 or 50 tickets to be able to turn a profit.
  22. Very sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts are with you and the family in such a difficult time and please accept my condolences.
