  1. How was the site. Me and a couple of mates since it's closure have been wanting to go since it's reopened. Might be going next month if we can all agree
  2. If it's £350 at other retailers, it's only £10 more at High Pressure Airsoft that was linked above. Maybe they've reduced the price. Either way if it's only £10 and in stock might be worth giving them a shot. Who knows...
  3. Just spotted an advert which is very suspicious has an offer on it.

Whoever this is, please don't go through with it. Especially as the seller is only accepting Bank Transfer and PayPal family and Friends.

    NO CONSUMER PROTECTIONS

  4. Shadow Foam is an option. Not the cheapest of options but does exactly what you're after.
  5. You lot are very unsophisticated. Can't believe you can't pick up on the subtle nuances between a Rug and a "Throw"..... And thanks' for your help, I have since moved on the PEW.
  6. Sadly I don't know of any but would be interested if there are any also. I typically don't go to as many games as I'd like because I'm limited to getting lifts with friends. Hopefully once I've passed driving lessons I can go more frequently. But again as far as I'm aware, I've not come across any Groups for West Yorkshire.
  7. Very good, very nice
  8. The wolverine X has an inbuilt reg, that model allows you to screw in your 13"-15"17" tanks directly. You just need a tank stock. They are pricey like, but what isn't with HPA builds. But again, not familiar, and in general my knowledge of systems aint great. Just giving you my 2 cents.
  9. I can't help you with that answer as I don't know. But alternatively to that, couldn't you just use one of the wolverine wraith engines? They screw onto the end of your M4 no problem. Just a thought.
  10. I'm selling some of the exact same parts as your build I think. Condition is no way close to your build though. This build is very similar to one I am actually selling on the off chance you're interested. Condition is no way near to what yours is at though. Excuse my plug
  11. Might pick one up myself. Look decent
  12. There's the Bravo Mesh Balaclava masks. These have been something I have been considering. You can get these from Lonestar Tactical. They seem to me like they would do the job. I've had some similar products in the past, but I think these might be a tad better for comfort. I have a big.... nose so the ones to just cover teeth seem like a good option.
  13. The reach-around might be a good tactic. I will try that one out. I'll let you know how well it's received....
  14. Yeah I kinda fell into the trap of trying to please multiple people. I did have someone lined up for both parts, the RIF as someone wanted that as their project gun, and then someone for the hpa engine and bits for that. But then the RIF guy fell through. Ideally I was wanting to sell it as a complete system, retrospectively I will stick to doing that in the future. And yes, just sick of looking at it, knowing it's not getting use. Thank you both for your feedback though. Seems if I'm wanting to shift it, just need to mark it down a fair bit to get interest on it.
  15. Hi Need some help with my pricing. I have been listing my RIF which is a Barebones kit. I had all of the internals stripped as it previously had a HPA system in it. What is a reasonable price I can expect from this. I feel like I might have been overly optimistic with my pricing. Some honest feedback would be appreciated. Below is my current listing. Would making a new listing outside of the HPA option help. When I listed it originally it was a complete system. Thanks
  16. There's Halo Mill. That's only an indoor field though I think. Otherwise you need to go further afield for outdoor sites.
  17. Hi,

Just accepted your offer on the chest rig advert. I just want to clarify what size you are. Reason being, I'm quite a small frame and I made a modification on the straps a couple years ago, where I trimmed a bit off the spare strap that was left over, so it wasn't loose.

If you're a big dude it might not fit. I tested it on my dad though who is a large in clothes and it did still fit him though.

If you're happy to proceed, I can get it despatched this week.

    Thanks

    Tobias

      Okay, great stuff.

I can try and get it despatched next week, but with postage strikes and all that, it just arrives whenever they're arsed.

I'll send you a PayPal Request.

What's your email or contact number

      Thanks

  18. you still interested in the Gearbox and Engine?

  19. I don't want to be that guy, but I have a Spiritus Systems Micro Chest Rig for sale if you're interested. It's listed at £90 is in Multicam and includes the straps. I also have a standalone chest rig available in RG. Let me know if you're interested. It can take inserts to suit your mags. Thanks Tobias
  20. Thank's everyone fot your replies. I have managed to get them all sorted now. And yes the mags were g&g 308 g2h mags. But all is good. It was the mag release acting up, but I've fixed it now. Thanks for the feedback Tobias
  21. Hi Folks, Currently have an issue with G2H magazines not staying in the magweld. As soon as I put one in, it drops out I should mention this is a new gun, hasn't been fired yet, came with one mag that worked fine. Followed this up by ordering 2 G2H Mags of a different kind still 308 G2H compatible. As soon as that mag went in it got jammed and wouldn't come out. So this might have been wrong on my part but I used a lot of force whilst holding the mag release in order to get it out. Having done this neither of the 3 magazines lock in. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this. Game day is this Sunday :/ Hope this makes sense.
  22. You bastard! I'm on a different path now. So more research needed, but you have got me leaning towards a Inferno Gen 2 engine. Seems more of a drop in approach with less incompatibility issues, it's compatible with v2 gearboxes which the G&G SR25 is. Also where did you come across your HPA Stock. I can't seem to find anything available in the UK, was yours an import job?
  23. Thanks for your input man. You've really got me thinking about my build some more, I thought I was nearly there. Wall of text is appreciated, some sound advice. I do think I'm going to stick with the base gun though because it looks hella saucy and I just really like m-lok for the ease of use adding attachments and looks. (Which let's be honest, looking gucci is part of it) But you've definitely got me considering the other engines and hop up set ups. Thanks T
  24. Hi Folks, First time posting in any kind of forum. Hoping I can get some advice on a SR-25 build I'm planning on making HPA. The base gun that I am going to be using is the G&G SR-25 E2 APC MLOK, when stock is available. My aim from this build is to have a Mechanical HPA system, the one I have been considering as the main HPA engine is the Kythera as it's single shot only, and I like the idea of it being mechanical and no electronics. The G&G is semi only so seems to be a good match. Secondly it would run either a HPA Stock or CO2 Stock, depending on what works best compatibility wise as I want it to be without a hose line/external tank. That is my main criteria really as I find this annoying with my wolverine. I know a HPA stock would give shot's better consistency, but C02 is better looks as I thought I could use my UBR stock from my other gun on this build. Other tid bits of info I've already worked out is that Kythera need certain nozzles, and the one for my gun is the un branded one as its #1 Something I'm not sure on is if I need a spacer in the shell. Lastly any advice on what internals and hop units I should use would be appreciated. I was think Maxx Pro as that seems to get good reviews. Please let me know if I'm doing anything that's glaringly wrong. Cheers Tobias From Tobias
