There's been some interesting stuff at the MOA pop up, especially in the GBB department.
The thing I've already bought in my head was the Spas 12 that popped up inexplicably sitting next to golden eagles gas Shotgun range.
The Spas yes now that’s a shot gun I want for sure

Been trying to sign up for the last few months but it looks like the email side of it went pear shaped 🤷♂️
Been playing airsoft for the last year at a local site in essex, For some reason i cannot even remember why i bought a 2 tone rif airsoft gun, Since then done the ukara and the collection has now grown to
2 gas pistols
1 gas gun
3 aeg m4 variants
1 sniper rifle
Ronin conversion kit
Still trying to work out which loadout suits me best depending on which game is being played and losing the odd bit of kit here and there running around like a Blue arsed fly in the middle of forests on an early sunday morning is quite entertaining
Definitely hooked on it and started bringing the grandson along aswell to get him to have some sort of "normal" day at least once a week which doesn't Involve TikTok or being stuck in front of a Pc all day, He seems to be taking to it quite well 👌😊
Hey - what did you kit the lad out with? I’m looking at taking my 10 and 11 year olds and trying to figure out the best way to go with each of them

With tuddenham, I'd recommend taking a small respawn bag with you and either leaving it near the road or at your respawn. You either gather near the road between games or the road is part of your way back. Leaving it at your respawn can be quite a walk there and back which is annoying after a full session of games.
In it should be enough to see you through the morning/afternoon, so extra bbs, a snack, water, any extra pyro, a spare battery, spare eye pro etc.
I’d second that. I really enjoyed Tud even though it was in the peak of summer but I’d strongly suggest taking supplies out with you as the trek back east up game time

Welcome dude.
getting stuck in with tech stuff is great I’ve done the same and despite some uncomfortable moments in the early days of trying to get springs to stay out and then figuring out why I’ve lost truck loads of fps now it’s getting more of the norm.
can’t wait to see some pictures of the kit -

Ordered and paid for the calendar.
It's a small price for the calender but hopefully it will help with the work you are doing for an often overlooked issue that affects a lot of men.
Good luck with the charity👍
Now begins the battle for wall space. My Airsoft pics or her Johnny Depp pics
(I think we know who will win.......)
Regards
Thank you !! I’ve received the order and it’s packaged up ready to be dispatched tomorrow morning. Thank you for your generosity and good luck with the Depp competition lol

Hey everyone.
As our Airsoft team has grown a bit this year we are trying to raise some money for our nominated charity in 2023. I don’t know if I’ve posted this in the right place but we are selling calendars for 2023 with all the profits going to MANUP? A men mental health awareness charity.
below is a link to the charity. A worthy cause for anyone who has had any concerns with their own or someone else’s mental health
https://www.manup.how/our-missionBelow is a link to our charity fundraiser shop.

the first 14 orders are also getting a free patch which will be a limited edition version of our own patch but customised to our charity of the year.
if you can support us we thank you in advance. If you can’t we thank you for taking the time to read this post.
kindest regards

Does one have an open front?
No from the front they look completely the same
On 01/12/2022 at 00:53, BigStew said:from what i have seen cybergun rebrands the WE and KWC Desert Eagles. the KWC is possibly a clone of the TM desert Eagle and the WE is a proprietary design so there will be most likely no cross over. one on the left does look like a TM copy
So maybe a tm mag would be worth looking at then if I want more mags?

No it’s not open on either

I’ve had similar on bucking upgrades. I’d check to make sure the hop is aligned but if you have changed only the rubber then I’d say the only think that could be happening is a loss of air as the nozzle and bucking seal. Did the original look the same as the new one in terms of dimensions?

Definatley …… and you never know even with failed crowd funding, (except for the ‘pay me to develop my idea’ as opposed to ‘pay up front to get production going’) the videos show that at least prototypes were made and they could ultimately find their way out to the world and eventually sold on
For a not actually bouncing ‘bouncing Betty’ there is/was the RAP4 series, and a couple of other brands.
These did make production, still not a lot as a niche product and over a decade ago, but they could be about. Spares could be harder to find, but the one with just a round seal is probably findable as a rubber grommet
I can’t find footage of the ones we used here:
A real benefit for use is they can be buried rather than just flicking leaves around, however for that event we used our ones plus a stack on loan from RAP4. All good, except when it came to digging them all up. We were short, and it was loan ones that were missing (potentialy sticky fingers as ours had markings and the loan ones were clean and fresh anonymous from the box) or sunk into the mudWe had a few follow up sessions with metal detectors, and also over a few months the site were finding them.
I think we ended up with all of them or a couple missing
All original placements were photographed and Geotagged, but we made the mistake of sending other people to reset and didn’t entirely remember where they were placed —- it’s buried on the path near a bush across from a treeIt was a 12gram powered one that we used, pop in a 12 gram, some powder and a leprechauns condom.
Step on it and a pin punctured the 12 gram, the tiny rubber condom built up some pressure before bursting a spout of powder
The videos I can find seem to be using refillable cartridge valves like 40mm shells
Traditional ‘plate’ styled mines:
These are similar to the ones we used, but actually has a better safety. A pin locks the pressure piece so it can’t be triggered when setting up
(I mentioned the potential lack of safe disabling on the bouncing Betty, but our original RAP4s could be unscrewed and rendered safe even without a safety pin)
But a safety pin when setting up would be useful - on our first use one of the guys asked ‘how many turns should I do?’ Just as he made a twist and blew powder into my chest …. ‘One leds turn than that’
Awesome. Might have to look out for these see what’s floating around

Hey, I'm just starting but Battle Stations at Snetterton seemed pretty good and was really busy last Saturday, all the regulars said they love it. It's a CQB site, my own rental wasn't exactly awesome but some of that might be operator error
I spoke with a few people and they had good things to say about Combat Airsoft near Thetford which I'm going to try out on Sunday (i'll post to say how it goes) and one guy said they really liked the woodland site at Swaffham but I don't know much at all about it beyond that.
Pretty sure there are events at Tuddenham (near Mildenhall) too but i got nothing there beyond they exist!
Battlestations is excellent and the site is at its new location and constantly evolving. Had nothing but great experience there and me and the team are now all members.
move not played combat yet but I visited to get my air tank topped up and it looks the muts nuts. Well worth a visit. Tuddenham is very good too but be prepared when you play there by taking ammo and kit into the game field that you will use throughout the morning or afternoon as you don’t return to the safe zone until midday or end of day. That said it’s a wicked site to play also- JustMark and Psilosylum

Hello all,
My friend and I are looking at getting into Airsoft. Neither of us has ever played a game before. I'm looking for any tips, info, local contacts or forums, local site info, anything really to help us get started please. We live in Blackpool Lancs
From my experience spend on good eye pro and boots/footwear first and also face pro unless you feel you need some scars on the face or missing teeth 🤣. Safety first. Keep safe get to play again.
After this give yourself a few games. I personally found that as my confidence grew my style of play changed. Or more better put once your not to worried about getting hit you will find your footing.
Then only take what you wanna spend hahah the world becomes your oyster. Enjoy it!!! -

Greetings to all and sundry.
Complete noob to all of this but after a couple of rounds of CQB I believe that I may have found a new hobby.
In a former life I got to play with real life bang sticks and had lots of practice at standing still in sideways rain.
So, after ignoring the stigma attached to airsoft I took the plunge and went along with a bunch of work colleagues and thoroughly enjoyed myself.I shall be doing lots of reading before taking the next plunge and purchasing my own set up.

Welcome. I’ve found that anyone who tries this sport is instantly hooked. Our team grew from 2 to 14 members in less than a year. It is great for the body and mind and for getting nice little red dots when your getting hit haha.
good luck playing and finding your desired kit -

Hi all - I’ve seen some videos and sites which show a airsoft bouncing Betty style device. Has anyone seen these for sale anywhere. I know it’s a bit of a gimmick but I’m a sucker for that kind of schtick
