Grave digging this thread as semi relevant to what’s going through my head. MP7 GBB. Do you need to have a NPAS installed when running via an airtac adapter? My understanding on GBB is limited but I understand the NPAS for GBB primary function is to keep the FPS within site limits. That being said something similar can be achieved via the chosen PSI. However, does cranking the PSI have any negative draw backs, faster detection of parts and so fourth. Welcoming some nerdy answers.

THIS ADVERT IS 'UNCOMPLETED' - THIS MEANS THE ADVERTISER HASN'T BUMPED THIS LISTING, BUT IT COULD STILL BE WORTH CONTACTING THEM.
- For sale or swap

Dropped the price to £215.00 Further reduction to £200.00 Rejiging my collection round, this gets used the least so its going up for sale. I never really know what to put here. I cannot remember what it shoots at; but its under site limits. Comes fitted with a few RIS rails to it, big long one across the bottom. Cosmetically its in good condition with not much in the way of scuffs. However, the other side of the fire selectors has dis lodged. I'm sure I put it somewhere safe, but i've forgot where that safe place was. Fitted with an aftermarket flash hider, thats rather, erm, flashy. For the price listed doesn't come with any magazines or batteries as I have use for them else where, however, should you require some I may be able to part ways with some. Plastic case can also be included for an additional £25.00 I am interested in swapping/PXing for the following. I play Phoenix regularly as its pretty close to me, that Sat/Sun option just makes it accessible. It has its good days and its bad days. Recently I've had mostly good days. I prefer it over Skirmish round the corner; just prefer the actual site. Feel free to drop me a PM should you wish to shoot. -
Mostly the exact same by all accounts. Just new ownership and rebrand. I think they have plans do away with that awful dusty floor and change things around a bit. At the end of the day, only so much you can change there without a complete rebuild.

Just a direct motor replacement?

Hey Team, Bought myself an old ICS MP5. Pretty happy with the deal I got but wanting to tinker with it. What I want out of it. A snappier trigger really. I put a 7.4V Lipo in there last night and it was rather sluggish, well very. But that's okay, I wasn't expecting much. My logic is to try and get this suitable for a 11.1V Lipo, I have loads of those that will fit therefore I don't have to factor this into the cost. In order to do this I believe I will need/should have a mosfet. Now I'm not really after anything fancy, something no more then the £25 mark, taking up 50% of my budget. I've seen the Gate Nano Mosfet that has AAB, active breaking. Which I presume is going to help. I think I know the answer, but do I need active breaking? Logic to me says so. Following this I was thinking just short stroking the standard gear set by 3 teeth, if someone could clarify if this should be done off the pick up release side that would be great. Will need to then shortstroke the piston by the same amount of teeth, on the release side. The rest of the budget will most likely go towards the hop up. Any suggestions for this? Maple leaf rubbers seem to the best but I'm having a tough time finding the macron rubber and nub both in stock. I'm thinking perhaps just a cheaper but none the less viable option. Having said this, I have yet to shoot into anything that isn't a cardboard box. Hopefully that will give me close to the results I'm after. I'm not really looking for anything mental. I'll also be testing airseals, I have spare O-Rings should they need to be replaced. I've think I've read in the past about polishing the inside of cylinders... Any real need? If you have any advice about low cost improvements I can do feel free to let me know. I'll try and get a video of it firing at some point. At present, the estimate build cost is only £35.00 I'm going to see if I can get it performing better for that. Failing its still a bit eh. Would it be better to opt for 12:1/13:1 gears or a higher torque/higher speed motor? TIA.

een kept as my back-up AEG for a year now. My collection has grown to the point this never even leaves the house anymore so no point keeping it around. Very solid AEG - has never let me down or faulted in anyway. Super reliable accurate and all round quality you would expect. Doesn't come with any mags for the standard price as I need them in some of my other guns. However I do have some I can sell in addition. Has only been used with a 7.4V Lipo. No battery included. As the title suggests, non working. The mag actually held gas last time I checked, much to my suprise. It cycles, but the nozzle seems to get stuck forward and therefore isn't always picking up the next BB. Its missing a bolt/part of some variety on the other side of the slide lock. The safety catch on the side doesn't really work. Outer barrel seems to have a bit of lateral movement. Magazine is missing the base plate. Sorry if I have miss-labelled the toy. I've only gone off what was on the slide. Not always the most active on here. Please text or whatsapp me on 07929451498 if at all possible. Would prefer collection but can post at an additional £5.00£40

Heavier BBs, 0.36 to 0.40, Most Cost Effective To Buy In 2022?
Just Joe replied to Fatboy40's topic in General Help
On this topic, is there a point of diminishing returns for upping the weight used? In terms of range. Always used .28s and thought this was considered the "sweet spot" but is it a case of your sacrificing a few M for a much higher effective range? -
Out of curiosity; what other events are similar to this that aren’t run poorly?

Ok - legend thats easy enough to change.

Hello All, I bought a Krytac trident SPR cheap off the forums. When I got it it, it arrived fairly hot. So I paid the onsite tech at the local shop £20 for a quick spring change to bring it down. However, since then it just sounds rather.... Twangy. Thought it might be a good opportunity to learn some very basic tech work. I presume the twang is coming from the spring / spring guide. Do krytac trident series accept most upgrade/replacement parts? I had a look at the disassembly of it online - doesn't look to complex. My main goal would be to sort out the twang and reshim the gearbox, should it need it.

Can I ask how much of it is in play? Looks like the building has at least 4 floors/levels. are they all in play?

I had read this myself before going. In the view of being open minded and all the jazz. Can honestly say I didn't experience the issues they did. I've had several amazing days there. Sure, there may of been a minor incident here or there but nothing I've ever looked back at and thought it ruined my time. EDIT: Sorry thinking about it; smoke inside is stupid. I remember the first time it happened to be and being totally unware. They may of covered it within the safety brief. Still think its great place. Worth a go! Lots of people have come out saying bad things about it but I enjoy it. I'm at phoenix saturday if you're visiting?

Hey dude, Semi-related. I see you're based north east midlands (ish). I've been to Campa Sparta a few times recently had great fun. They operate as standard close to Battlesim, only breaking for lunch. If you haven't been I would check it out.
